一、教学过程
Step 1 月份呈现（4 min）
T: 呈现 January—December 并按季节分组朗读。
Ss: 跟读、开火车认读。
十二个月份词汇（课本 p.68）
【知识点】月份首字母必须大写；January / February 为拼写难点。
Step 2 基数词变序数词（6 min）
T: 口诀：基变序，有规律，一二三特殊记（first/second/third），-th 从四加起；八减 t（eighth）、九去 e（ninth）、ve 要用 f 替（fifth/twelfth）；整十 y 变 ie 加 th（twentieth）；几十几，前为基后为序（twenty-first）。
Ss: 齐诵口诀并完成词形转换。
序数词变化规则与口诀（课本 p.68）
【易错提醒】序数词缩写 = 阿拉伯数字 + 单词最后两个字母：1st / 2nd / 3rd / 21st / 22nd / 23rd / 31st；其余为 4th–20th、24th–30th。
Step 3 1a 圈出生日（4 min）
T: 1a Listen and repeat. Then circle the month and day of your birthday.（p.68）
Ss: 朗读月份与 1st–31st 序数词，圈出自己的生日。

Step 8 购物对话（2a-2b）（9 min）
T: 2a Listen and fill: How about a surprise party for them —Good idea! / How much is this birthday cake —It's 85 yuan, and it comes with some candles. / Six yuan a kilo. How many kilos do you want —Five kilos. / What's the total —165 yuan.（p.69-70）
Ss: 2b Read and complete the table: cake—one—85 yuan; oranges—five kilos—six yuan a kilo; yogurt—10 bottles—five yuan a bottle; Total: 165 yuan。
