Beginning—Li Tian is often absent from group meetings and fails to finish her task. Development—Li Tian cannot understand the knowledge and fears being laughed at for asking silly questions. （十五）有用表达与范文
学习有用表达：It's time for… / …the leader of one group. / …is always absent from… / When there is a problem, it is better to talk it out and find ways to solve it. 学习范文：上周小组项目中“我”任组长，同学 Tom 总是缺席，进度落后；“我”找他交谈发现他英语薄弱、怕被嘲笑；全队决定一起帮他，每天下午学习讨论，最终 Tom 积极融入、项目圆满完成。
