Step 4 Work on 2c 苹果派食谱 (7’) ①复习 pumpkin pie 引入 apple pie；②短语准备：add…to / pour…into / cut…into / share…with / mix…with；③Complete the recipe with the words in the box.（p.48）——First, cut the apples into pieces. Add the flour, salt, and sugar to the apples and mix them. Then, in a bowl, mix the eggs with the yogurt and oil. Add the apples. Next, pour the mixture into a pan. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 45 minutes. Step 6 3a 细读 故事与步骤 (10’) ①Part 1（完成“故事山”）——Long ago, there was a couple living in Yunnan. The husband studied on an island（岛）. When the wife went a long way to bring him meals, the food always got cold. One day, she boiled some chicken soup and used a large pot to keep it warm. And she kept the ingredients separate（分开的；独立的）. She found everything still hot. The Guoqiao Rice Noodles was born.（答案：island / wife / cold / boiled / warm / separate / hot / born）；Tip: The chicken oil can stop the soup's heat from getting away.；②追问——Why did the wife's food always get cold on her journey —Because the island where her husband studied was far from home, and the journey was long. / What did the wife use to keep the soup hot —She used a large pot. / Why do you think the wife kept the ingredients separate from the soup until she arrived —To prevent the ingredients from getting soggy（潮湿的）, and to keep them fresh.；③Part 2（步骤填空）——First, wash the vegetables and mushrooms. Ingredients: tofu, minced pork（肉末）, onions, salt, pepper, oil；Steps: First, cut the tofu into small cubes（小方块）. Then, heat oil in a pan, add the pork and cook until it's brown. Next, cut up the onions and add them with salt and pepper. After that, stir the pork and onions together and then add the tofu to the pan.
