Do you like having a picnic in the park with your family or friends？ It’s fun to eat outside，but keeping your food safe is very important.
First，always choose fresh food.Don’t take food that is old or looks bad.
Second，keep cold food cold.Put an ice pack(冰袋)in your lunchbox.If you have yogurt，fruit salad and sandwiches with meat，keep them cool.Don’t leave(留下)your food under the hot sun for more than one hour.Germs(细菌)grow fast in warm places，and they can make you sick.
Third，never eat food that looks or smells strange(奇怪的).If the food has a bad smell，throw it away at once.Don’t even taste it！
Finally，bring clean water to wash your hands before eating.If there is no water，use wet wipes(湿纸巾).
