（一）Step 1 热身：今天你是国际大厨
本单元收官任务——亲手为你的拿手菜写一份英文食谱。
Warming up：What is the video about —It's about cooking. What kind of food can you cook Can you give some examples
Look and review：What dish can you cook Can you create a recipe Today, you will become an international chef! Create your own recipe.
Steps of creating a recipe：Step 1: Choose a dish and do research. Step 2: Cook the dish and take pictures. Step 3: Make a complete recipe with ingredients and steps based on photos.
思路点拨：recipe 食谱的两大件：Ingredients 食材清单+Instructions 步骤说明。
（二）Step 2 4a 选菜与调研
4a Work in groups. Choose a dish you want to make and do research on it.（课本 p.50）调研两问：1. What's your favourite dish Who often makes the dish for you 2. How to make the dish
How to do research （调研途径）—Search on the Internet 上网搜索 / Use some apps 使用应用 / Ask parents for help 请教父母 / Use Deepseek 使用 AI 工具。
调研要收集什么？—Ingredients（食材清单）+ Steps（Instructions 步骤说明）。

思路点拨：调研时顺手记下量词：two spoons of salt / a bowl of rice，食谱更专业。
（三）Step 3 4b-4c 做菜、拍照与制作食谱
4b Cook the dish at home and take pictures.（课本 p.50）——每个步骤拍一张照片，食谱更直观。
4c Make your own recipe with the ingredients, cooking instructions, and the pictures.（课本 p.50）How to make your recipe clearer and more delicious —Make a clear title 标题醒目 / Use different colours 色彩分明 / Use some marks 加些标记 / Draw tasty pictures of food 画美食插图。
How can we write the recipe better —Use measure words (量词) / Use adverbs of sequence (顺序副词) / Use verb phrases (动词短语)。
思路点拨：对照 2c 苹果派食谱格式：First/Next/Then/Finally+动词短语+量词，就是完整模板。
（四）Step 4 4d 展示与投票
4d Present your recipe in class. Then vote for your favourite recipes.（课本 p.50）展示范例——Recipe for Dongpo Pork 东坡肉：Ingredients: Pork belly (五花肉), Cooking oil, Rock sugar (冰糖), Soy sauce (酱油), Dark soy sauce (老抽), Ginger (姜), Green Onions. Instructions: First, cut the pork belly into big, bite-sized pieces. Cut the ginger into slices and the green onions into sections. Next, put the pork pieces into a pot with cold water. Boil them for a few minutes, then take them out and wash them. Then, heat a little oil in a pot. Add the rock sugar and cook until it melts and becomes brown. Then, add the pork pieces and cook until they turn a little golden. After that, add the ginger, onions, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to the pot. Pour in enough hot water to cover the pork. Turn down the heat and cook for about 1 hour. Finally, when the pork is very soft and the sauce is thick, it's ready to serve.

（五）Step 5 单元自查（Reflecting）与随堂检测
Reflecting——对照五个问题自查本单元掌握情况（课本 p.50）：
1. Can you explain how to cook some dishes （会用英语讲做菜步骤吗？）
2. What information should a recipe include （食谱应含哪些信息：菜名/食材/步骤/图片）
3. What words and expressions can you use to describe a process （First/Next/Then/After that/Finally+动词短语）
4. What sentences can you use to express strong feelings （What/How 感叹句）
5. How do food and cooking make you feel （食物与烹饪给你带来什么感受？）

Homework：基础型—参考教材 SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE 食谱格式，自选一道家常菜，用英语撰写完整食谱；实践型—依据自己创作的食谱，录制一段 1-2 分钟英语视频，向同学清晰描述烹饪过程；拓展型—设计一道融合中外食材/烹饪方法的新菜品（如“宫保鸡丁意面”），用英语详细撰写食谱，并给菜品起有趣的英文名称。
思路点拨：第 3 问答完整：顺序副词+祈使句+动词短语+量词，四件套描述过程。
（六）Step 6 随堂检测
当堂完成，答案见各题下方。（本课检测为食谱写作语言复现）

注意：cook until it melts and becomes brown——until 后接句子表示“直到……”，主句动作持续到从句动作发生。
