My Favourite Dish
Today I’d like to introduce how to make it.

一、学习目标
1. 学习理解
能够读懂 3a 过桥米线范文，获取菜肴的起源、食材、制作步骤信息，在阅读范文、完成 3b 的基础上做好写作准备。
2. 应用实践
梳理介绍最喜欢的菜肴写作框架：菜肴名称 — 喜欢原因 — 食材 — 制作步骤；能熟练运用食物、烹饪类词汇，以及First, Next, Then, After that, Finally等顺序连接词进行语篇表达。
3. 迁移创新
借助自评、互评量表修改写作初稿，优化文章结构、内容要点和语言表达，能仿写论坛帖子，完整介绍一道美食，增强对中华传统美食文化的认同感。
二、教学重难点
重点 ①掌握烹饪类词汇：ingredients，mushrooms，pork，chicken soup 等；短语cut…into…、pour…into…、add…to…、one by one。 ②熟练使用顺序副词描述做菜步骤。 ③掌握介绍美食的写作结构。

播放过桥米线短视频，展示少数民族享用美食的插图。提出问题：What’s the video about ，引出主题Guoqiao Rice noodles。
展示过桥米线实物图片，简单介绍：It is a very special kind of noodles in Yunnan.
导入本课任务：Today we will read a post about it and learn to write about our favourite dish.
设计意图：视频 + 图片创设情境，激发兴趣，激活已有食物相关词汇，引出本课主题。

2. 细读文本，圈出文中用到的食材 ingredients：vegetables, mushrooms, chicken, pork, rice noodles。结合图片学习食材单词。
