【规则】在 when, while, if, unless, though, once 等引导的状语从句中,如果从句主语与主句主语一致,且从句谓语含有 be 动词,可以把“主语+be”省略,保留“连词+现在分词/过去分词”的结构。
【例句】When ______(give) first aid, you should first check whether the scene is safe. 在进行急救时,你应该先检查现场是否安全。
【规则】“连词+形容词/介词短语/过去分词”是状语从句省略的常见形式,如 if necessary(如果有必要)、if possible(如果可能的话)、when in danger(当处于危险中)、unless told(除非被告知)等,其完整形式分别为 if it is necessary / when you are in danger 等。
