Today, the internet plays a big part in our lives. We study, chat and have fun online. However, the online world is not always safe, and learning to protect yourself is a skill that every teenager needs.

Some people complain that rules limit their freedom. "I can't do what I want," they say. But have you ever imagined a world without rules
Think about a football match. If there were no rules, players could use their hands, push others, or score in any way they liked. Would the game still be fun Certainly not.
