Kung fu, or wushu, is a traditional Chinese fighting sport. It is good exercise for everyone, young and old. Rules are important in kung fu. You should also show kindness and respect. You should try to stay out of fights.

1. kung fu (wushu) 中国武术 发源地：China 中国
Kung fu 也叫 wushu，是中国传统格斗运动，历史非常悠久。
习武不光练打斗，更讲究rules 规则、kindness 友善、respect 尊重，学会保护自己，但不要主动打架，stay out of fights。

judo 柔道 发源地：Japan 日本
judo 含义: “gentle way” 柔和之道，核心是摔法，借力把对手摔倒在地，不靠蛮力取胜。
很少拳打脚踢，主要抓对方道服，破坏平衡、摔倒对手。
特别重视礼仪，比赛前后都要鞠躬，是奥运会正式比赛项目。

taekwondo 跆拳道 发源地：Korea 韩国
“跆”= 脚踢，“拳”= 拳头击打，“道” 代表礼仪修养。
最大特点：腿法多，高踢腿、腾空踢非常多，脚法占 70% 以上，动作舒展好看
练习者穿白色道服，比赛会佩戴护具；也是奥运会比赛项目。
