Step 1: Warm-up & Lead-in (5分钟) 1. Greeting: 师生日常问候 2. Enjoy a song: 播放关于朋友的英文歌曲，活跃课堂气氛 3. Look, guess and say: 出示John和John妈妈的图片，提问"Who are they What are they talking about "，引出本节课主题 Step 2: Presentation (20分钟) 1. Listen and check: 播放课文录音，让学生选择对话主题（A. Appearance B. Friend），初步感知对话内容 2. Read and answer: 再次播放录音，回答问题： (1) Who is John's friend (2) What does he look like (3) What is he like 3. 学习句型：询问他人名字 —What's your friend's name —His name is Zhang Peng. 讲解his/her的用法，进行替换练习 4. 学习描述外貌特征： 出示Zhang Peng图片，教学tall and strong, short hair 句型1：He's tall and strong.（主语+is+形容词） 句型2：He has short hair.（主语+has+名词短语） 强调is和has的区别 5. 学习描述性格特点： 教学kind, helps me 句型：He's kind. He often helps me. 6. Fill in the information card: 完成John朋友的信息卡填写，巩固所学内容 Step 3: Practice (10分钟) 1. Let's talk: 跟读课文对话，注意语音语调 2. Watch and dub: 观看动画，进行配音练习 3. Role-play: 两人一组分角色表演对话 Step 4: Consolidation (5分钟) 1. Guess and say: 出示Liu Jia朋友的线索（long hair），让学生猜测是谁 2. Read and find: 阅读短文，找出Liu Jia的朋友Sarah 3. 拓展练习：描述Sarah旁边的女孩（short hair, short and thin, quiet） 4. Listen and fill: 听录音完成Tim和Lily的信息卡 Step 5: Summary & Homework (5分钟) 1. Summary: 师生共同总结本节课所学的询问朋友姓名、描述外貌和性格的句型 2. Homework: (1) 听录音跟读课文5遍 (2) 用英语向家人介绍自己的一位好朋友
