ALesson Beyond the Classroom
Last week, our school organized a half-day outdoor exploration for Senior Three students in the botanical garden.
During the activity, students explored various themed gardens and observed diverse plant species. With the guidance of a
professional guide, they not only learned how plants adapt to their environment but also collected some leaves to make
specimens.
The activity was highly spoken of by the students. Many said it helped them relieve their study pressure and develop a
deeper appreciation for nature. It was truly an unforgettable lesson beyond the classroom.

spell, instantly calming my racing heart. Taking a deep breath, I looked into her kind eyes and nodded. I slowed down my pace,
focusing on one task at a time. I fetched a new box of cups, carefully noted down the father's order, and corrected the wrong
charge with a sincere apology. Surprisingly, the impatient crowd seemed to relax. A few even offered encouraging smiles. As
the line moved steadily forward, the panic that had gripped me vanished. I began to find a rhythm, my hands no longer
trembling over the register, and the lessons Dana taught me echoed clearly in my mind.

queue, Mr. Miller gave me a surprised nod of approval. I rushed to Dana, who was resting her bandaged hand, and thanked her
for her training. "Well, it looks like the kid who burned instant noodles finally survived the Sunday rush," Mr. Miller joked,
patting my shoulder. I smiled, glancing at the door. I realized I hadn't just completed a school project; I had learned a real lesson
in patience, responsibility, and the kindness of strangers. I was no longer just a clumsy beginner; I was a real bakery worker.
