fear此处用作及物动词,意为“害怕;惧怕”
其后可接名词、动词不定式、动词-ing形式或从句作宾语。
老鼠怕猫。
Mice fear cats.

His eyes show no fear.

Indian作形容词,意为“印度的”

相当于all year

whenever用作连词,意为“在任何…的时候;无论何时”,此处引导让步状语从句,与no matter when同义。
你无论何时需要帮功都可以提出来。
