Teaching Procedures:
Step 1 Warming up
1. Play a song” I believe I can fly” for the students, and ask them to sing along with me.
（放歌热场，歌词也是简单的宾语从句，让学生熟悉、练习宾语从句。并在之后补充句子：I believe you are the best of all, 以激励学生更好地参与课堂。）
Self-introduction
Let the students guess which school I am from, and introduce myself to them.
（让学生练习使用宾语从句I guess (that) you are from ...）
Step 2 Lead in
Ask the students to guess where Betty has been to during the May Day holiday.
Show them a video to help them guess the place.
Show the students the subject of the email to get the answer.
（在猜测Betty去哪里的过程，可以让学生练习宾语从句。通过视频引入张家界，增加趣味性。最后通过让学生阅读邮件主题，确定答案，让学生了解邮件主题的作用）
