2. No way!
no way 意思是“不;决不,没门”,表示对对方要求的一种回绝。语气比no重。

3. I don’t think sixteen-year-olds should be allowed to drive.
我认为16岁的孩子们不应该准许驾车。
英语中有少数表示“猜想、臆断”的实义动词, 如think, believe, suppose, imagine等, 后面跟含否定意义的宾语从句时, 习惯上把从句的否定转移到主句, 构成“I don't think /…”结构。这 种语言现象称为否定转移。
1) 我相信他不会来。
I don't believe he will come.
2) 我认为他是不对的。
I don’t think he is right.

6. serious enough
enough在这里是副词,意思是“足够地;充分地;相当”,修饰形容词或副词表示程度,一般放在所修饰的形容词或副词的后面。

他很勇敢, 足以面对各种危险。
He plays well?enough?for a beginner. ??
对于一名初学者来说, 他弹奏得相当不错。
enough还可以作形容词,意思是“足够的”,作定语放在名词前、后都可以
