长度，宽度，高度，深度的表示方法
表示物体的长度、宽度、高度、深度等有一个固定结构：“基数词+单位词+形容词”。如：
The path is 200 meters long.
The mountain is more than 3,000 meters high.

有时也可用“基数词 +单位词 + in +长度等的名词”表示长度、宽度、高度、深度等。如：
The classroom is 25 feet in length and 20 feet in width.
注意：“这个箱子重10公斤”，可说:
The box is 10 kilos 或The box is 10 kilos in weight，但习惯上不说 The box is 10 kilos heavy。
Summary
“基数词+单位词+形容词”这一结构在句子中一般作表语，再如：
The well is about 30 meters deep. 这口井约30米深。
也可作定语，但应放到所修饰的名词之后。e.g.
We need a rope 10 meters long.
我们需要一根10米长的绳子。
也可表示为：We need a 10-meter-long rope .
此为复合形容词的结构，词与词之间用连字符，其中的单位词用单数。

5. - 这个房间有多宽？- 4米宽
