I missed the chair and fell down.miss 是错过的意思，但汉语不会说“错过了椅子”，其实就是没坐准、没坐稳。fall down 摔倒，这里注意区别两个动词的过去式变化：感觉feel→ felt → felt；落下 fall → fell → fallen

hurt 是个不规则动词，hurt → hurt → hurt
No. I didn't hurt myself. I'm OK.一般过去时的否定句，如果是实意动词的否定，要借助于助动词did 后面加 not，如果是be的否定，在was，were后面加 not。
