Never
Give
Up
Hope
永不放弃希望
Life
doesn't
always
give
us
the
joys
we
want.
We
don't
always
get
our
hopes
and
dreams,
and
we
don't
always
get
our
own
way.
But
don't
give
up
hope,
because
you
can
make
a
difference
one
situation
and
one
person
at
a
time.
Look
for
the
beauty
around
you--in
nature,
in
others,
in
yourself--and
believe
in
the
love
of
friends,
family,
and
humankind.
You
can
find
love
in
a
smile
or
a
helping
hand,
in
a
thoughtful
gesture
or
a
kind
word.
It
is
all
around,
if
you
just
look
for
it.
Give
love,
for
in
giving
it
you
will
find
the
power
in
life
along
with
the
joy,
happiness,
patience
and
understanding.
Believe
in
the
goodness
of
others
and
remember
that
anger
and
depression
can
be
countered
by
love
and
hope.
Even
when
you
feel
as
though
there
isn't
a
lot
you
can
do
to
change
unhappiness
or
problems,
you
can
always
do
a
little--and
a
little
at
a
time
eventually
makes
a
big
difference.

Hope
is
always
available
to
us.
When
we
feel
defeated,
we
need
only
take
a
deep
breath
and
say,
"Yes,"
and
hope
will
reappear.
生活并非总是如你所愿。希望有时会落空,梦想有时会破灭,我们不能一切随心所愿。但别放弃希望,因为事物并非一成不变;不同时间,不同场合,你会呈现不同的面貌。
处处留心你身边的美丽:自然中的美,他人的美,你自己的美。请相信,美来自朋友、家庭乃至全人类的融融爱意。一个微笑,一双援助之手,一个关心的举止,一句友善的话语,无不传达着爱。如果你有心去寻找,爱无所不在。
奉献爱心吧,从中你会发现生活的力量,感受生活带来的幸福快乐,学会忍耐和理解。相信人性本善。记住,爱心和希望能化解一切愤怒和沮丧。哪怕生活中挥之不去的不快和困难将你重重包围,让你力不从心,但你仍可以尽力而为。累积点滴努力,最终你将扭转乾坤。
I
Learn
To
Be
Strong
我学会坚强
This
poem
is
about
someone
whom
I
deeply
cared
about.
The
feelings
were
never
returned,
but
I
learned
that
with
or
without
his
love,
I
could
make
it
and
always
remain
strong
and
happy.
Words
of
wisdom
come
to
my
ears,
Telling
me
what
I
know
in
my
heart,
But
never
wanted
to
hear.
With
the
truth
finally
said
and
out
in
the
open
for
me
to
plainly
see,
I
wonder
why
I
can
love
so
deeply
but
never
had
that
love
returned
back
to
me.
I
confessed
the
feelings
that
I
held
inside
for
so
long,
But
with
his
soft-
hearted
rejection,
I
realize
I
have
to
be
strong.
With
tears
that
want
to
flow
from
my
eyes,
I
feel
that
my
heart,
along
with
my
composure,
slowly
dies.
While
this
dramatic
side
is
showing
through
with
my
ability
to
question
and
reason,
I
think
I
may
have
found
something
in
me
that
I
can
believe
in.
Love
hurts
.
.
.
That's
what
they
all
say,
But
I
will
love
again
when
all
this
pain
and
sorrow
goes
away.
So
I
sit
and
think
of
all
the
things
this
situation
has
cost,
And
I
realize
that
nothing
very
important
has
been
lost.
Instead,
a
learning
experience
has
come
from
all
this.
I've
learned
that
hardly
anything
is
more
important
than
my
happiness.
Today
Is
All
We
Have
拥有今天
The
new
day
is
here,
and
so
are
you!
Now
that
we've
started
this
new
day,
I
hope
that
you're
ready
to
give
your
best
to
it,
and
to
enjoy
it
for
all
that
it's
worth!
Remember
today
that
you
are
alive.
Sometimes
we
tend
to
forget
that
you
have
a
purpose
that
is
all
your
own,
no
one
else
is
you.
You
have
dreams
and
hopes
and
desires.
Listen
to
your
heart
for
a
while.
Remember
today
all
the
blessings
you
have:
There's
beauty
in
every
direction
you
look,
enjoy
the
abundance
that
is
already
yours,
the
world
is
a
wonderful
place
and
you're
here.
Remember
today
that
you
get
what
you
give:
Your
world
is
a
mirror
of
your
inner
self,
love
will
be
yours
when
you
give
it
away.
Remember
today
that
life
is
creation:
As
long
as
you
live
you
can
always
contribute
your
own
special
voice.
Remember
today
is
a
special
time;
make
the
best
of
it
while
you
can.
新的一天开始了,你也要开始一天的忙碌了。希望你已经准备好全力以赴,充实而快乐地生活在今天。
记住今天你拥有生命!
有时我们似乎会忘记我们自己独有的生活目标,我们会忘记自我。每个人都有梦想,希望和愿望。有时去倾听一下你内心的召唤。
记住今天你拥有所有的祝福:美存在于你所注视过的每个角落,享受你内心已有的充实,这是一个美丽的世界,你生活在这里。
记住今天你因奉献而有所得:你的世界是你内心的一面镜子,当你给予爱时,你才拥有爱。
记住今天生活就是去创造:只要你拥有生命,你可以永远奉献你那一份力量。
记住今天是一个特殊的日子,尽你所能努力去创造吧!
Write
Your
Own
Life
谱写生命的乐章
Suppose
someone
gave
you
a
pen
-
a
sealed,
solid-colored
pen.
You
couldn't
see
how
much
ink
it
had.
It
might
run
dry
after
the
first
few
tentative
words
or
last
just
long
enough
to
create
a
masterpiece
(or
several)
that
would
last
forever
and
make
a
difference
in
the
scheme
of
things.
You
don't
know
before
you
begin.
Under
the
rules
of
the
game,
you
really
never
know.
You
have
to
take
a
chance!
Actually,
no
rule
of
the
game
states
you
must
do
anything.
Instead
of
picking
up
and
using
the
pen,
you
could
leave
it
on
a
shelf
or
in
a
drawer
where
it
will
dry
up,
unused.
But
if
you
do
decide
to
use
it,
what
would
you
do
with
it?
How
would
you
play
the
game?
Would
you
plan
and
plan
before
you
ever
wrote
a
word?
Would
your
plans
be
so
extensive
that
you
never
even
got
to
the
writing?
Or
would
you
take
the
pen
in
hand,
plunge
right
in
and
just
do
it,
struggling
to
keep
up
with
the
twists
and
turns
of
the
torrents
of
words
that
take
you
where
they
take
you?
Would
you
write
cautiously
and
carefully,
as
if
the
pen
might
run
dry
the
next
moment,
or
would
you
pretend
or
believe
(or
pretend
to
believe)
that
the
pen
will
write
forever
and
proceed
accordingly?
假如有人送你一支笔,一支不可拆卸的单色钢笔.
里面究竟有多少墨水看不出。或许在你试探性地写上几个字后它就会枯干,或许足够用来创作一部影响深远的不朽巨著(或是几部)。而这些,在动笔前,都是无法得知的。
在这个游戏规则下,你真的永远不会预知结果。你只能去碰运气!事实上,这个游戏里没有规则指定你必须要做什幺。相反,你甚至可以根本不去动用这支笔,把它扔在书架上或是抽屉里让它的墨水干枯。
但是,如果你决定要用它的话,你会用它来做什幺呢?你将怎样来进行这个游戏呢?
你会不写一个字,老是计划来计划去吗?你会不会由于计划过于宏大而来不及动笔呢?
或者你只是手里拿着笔,一头扎进去写,不停地写,艰难地随着文字汹涌的浪涛而随波逐流?
你会小心谨慎的写字,好象这支笔在下一个时刻就可能会干枯;还是装做或相信这支笔能够永远写下去而信手写来呢?
Start

One
of
my
students
asked
me
awhile
ago
what
I
was
really
good
at.
Half
kidding,
I
responded,
"Starting
over!"
The
reason
I
was
only
HALF
kidding
is
because
I
am
very
familiar
with
starting
over.
I've
started
over
in
business.
I've
started
over
financially
and
in
my
career.
And
unless
you
live
a
spectacularly
blissful
life,
at
some
point--usually
many
points--in
your
life,
you'll
need
to
start
over,
too.
We
all
do--in
big
things
and
in
small.
A
project
gets
delayed
or
terminated.
We
get
laid
off,
downsized,
right-sized
or
repurposed.
We
go
off
our
diet
or
our
exercise
program.
Hurricanes,
tornadoes,
cancer,
the
flu--all
sorts
of
catastrophes
and
inconveniences
can
thwart
or
stop
our
forward
progress--sometimes
sending
us
all
the
way
back
to
the
starting
line.
But
you
can't
let
it
stop
you.
To
be
successful
you
must
become
and
remain
resilient.
Hardly
anything
goes
the
way
we
hope
or
plan
that
it
will.
I'm
being
realistic.
Setbacks,
roadblocks
and
disappointments
are
just
part
of
the
natural
ebb
and
flow
of
life.
Every
day
is
a
new
day.
And
it's
a
good
thing
because
it's
another
opportunity
to
start
over
again
every
day.
It
matters
little
what's
happened.
But
it
matters
a
LOT
what
we
do
not.
Make
Room
for
Happiness
为快乐腾点空间
If
you
want
something
new
and
different
in
your
life,
you
must
first
make
ROOM.
Make
room
for
happiness
by
moving
OUT
the
old.
The
question
is:
Where
do
you
start
to
begin
to
make
room
for
happiness?
You
may
find
the
answer
right
here

1.
Time.How
do
you
spend
your
time?
Is
it
wasted
time,
or
refreshing
time?
Does
it
take
you
toward
your
goals,
or
away
from
them?
Are
you
consciously
spending
time,
or
just
letting
it
happen?
2.
Environment.
What
no
longer
is
working
for
you
in
your
environment?
Are
there
unfinished
projects
that
were
important
at
one
time,
but
no
longer
intrigue
you?
When
you
look
around,
does
your
environment
make
you
feel
good?
Make
you
smile?
3.
Relationships.
What
relationships
are
no
longer
effective
to
your
happiness?
Do
the
people
in
your
life
support
you?
Are
you
are
proud
to
introduce
them
to
others?
Do
you
learn
from
them?
4.
Thinking.Do
you
talk
to
yourself
like
your
best
friend?
Or
do
you
talk
to
yourself
like
the
neighbor
you
despise?
Do
your
thoughts
inspire
and
motivate
you…or
hold
you
back
from
your
best
self?
5.
Work.
Do
you
feel
fulfilled
and
happy
about
your
work,
whether
that’s
a
domestic
engineer,
or
CEO?
Or
do
you
dread
doing
the
work,
and
just
count
the
minutes
until
time
off?
Once
you
have
made
the
room
for
success,
adding
what
you
really
want
WILL
give
you
pleasure
and
fulfillment.
If
you
try
to
add
it
on
top
of
what
you
already
have,
it
will
become
just
another
source
of
aggravation.
First,
you
must
set
up
your
life
to
support
success.
