随着课程改革的实施和不断深入，对外语教学提出了较高的要求。教师的教和学生的学发生了根本的变化。对我们外语教师来说是一次机遇，更是一次挑战。因此适应课改的要求是我们的必须；教学技能的提高是我们的责任；高效有序的课堂是我们的追求；学生综合能力的培养是我们的目标。张老师的课给了我们很多启迪。她做到了胸中有标、心中有本、眼中有生。课堂教学以课标为支撑，扎实处理教材文本，以学生为中心，着重趣味性和实效性。
1、准备充分，备课认真
一堂精彩流畅的英语课需要教师的精心准备和充分备课。张老师对教材做了通透的专研和了解，课堂内容丰富，形式多样。从信息的收集、过程的安排、问题的设置、对话的编制、各环节之间的启程转合中，无不透出教师备课的精心和细心，为课堂的顺利实施打下良好的基础。
2、目标明确，符合实际
明确具体的教学目标是保证课堂高效率的重中之重。课堂过程中可以看出张老师本节课的教学目标具体：1、学习如何使用IF引导的条件状语从句来讨论结果；2、在对话中注重养成学生遵守规则，合理计划安排事情的良好品质。难度适中，符合学生接受水平，让学生在知识能力上得到发展，认知和情感也同步和谐发展。
3、巧设话题，自然导入
张老师用happy作为引入点，用歌曲这种轻松活泼的形式引入今天的重点句型。从教学内容和学生实际的结合点去巧妙生成话题，简洁明了，既拉近了师生间的距离，又点燃了学生说英语的愿望，激发了他们的学习兴趣，气氛热烈。
4、教学过程，由易到难
张老师把学生从生活带到课本再带回生活，这说明面对新课程，我们老师不再是教材忠实的执行者，而是教材的重构者。课堂设计从句子呈现---问答巩固---小组讨论---游戏比赛---听力练习---对话调查，由浅入深，层层递进，这个过程中穿插了个体、两人、多人间的活动；有情景创设，趣味话题讨论，学生的竞赛活动，听读活动。学生有一个input---intake---output的学习过程，前后承接有序，重点把握准确，难点突破巧妙，学生学习效果明显。
5、利用教材、贴近生活
教材是多方专家根据《新课程标准》的要求组织编写的，是课程标准最主要的载体。张老师在具体处理教材 的过程中，充分利用该教材，基本按教材的编排体系授课，增加语言生活化知识，加强话题趣味性讨论，既朴实无华，又趣味横生，并根据学校、教师、
学生等具体情况用好教材，对学生进行听说读写训练，符合实事求是原则。
6、素质良好、调控课堂
张老师教态自然，亲切和蔼，活泼大方；语音语调正确流畅，给人以美的享受；多媒体制作精良、实用，起到了教学的辅助作用；在张老师的引导下，学生积极踊跃，体验英语，快乐学习。由本堂课可以看出张老师自身较高的专业素养，不仅让学生学得高兴，听课的老师也听得轻松愉快。

学习者分析 对于初二年级的学生来说，他们经过近两年的英语学习，语法知识和单词量都有一定的基础，本单元的重点是IF引导的条件状语从句，重点是讨论结果，难点在于时态的正确运用，学生容易在主从句的时态使用上出现问题。所以在教学中应该特别强调。另外，本课在口语方面要求学生能正确灵活运用IF从句讨论结果等。本阶段的学生已经有了能力表达自己的观点和想法，自主探究和合作学习的能力也已形成，但还需进一步引导。

一、教材内容分析：
本单元位于人教版新目标Go For It!八年级下册五单元的第一部分。主要以Talking about consequences为主线，主要语言结构为IF 引导的条件状语从句。通过本课的学习让学生初步感受条件状语从句所发生的各种情境；初步掌握条件状语从句的句型与时态上的微妙差异。目的通过讨论让学生懂得做事有安排，并能预先设想结果。本单元的语法项目为 Adverbial clause.
二、教学重点和难点：
1.教学重点：
A.句型：If you do, you’ll …. 词汇：jeans
B. Talking about consequences.
What will happen if you are late for school
If we have no lessons tomorrow, what will you do
2.教学难点：
本课时的难点着眼于两个层面，一个为学生层面，难点应为First conditional if +will. Present progressive as future, 即在条件状语从句中，往往用一般现在时来表示一般将来时，如何让学生正确而熟练的运用IF引导的条件状语从句将是本节课必须突破的一个难点。另一个为教师层面，本单元并不像其他单元，有个非常明确的主题与情境，而是需要我们教师设计若干个适合操练条件状语从句的情境。话题情境的选择与设计，应该是既要贴近学生生活，又要和课本息息相关。
三、教学目标：
1.语言知识目标：初步领略与掌握条件状语从句的用法。
2.文化意识目标：通过本课时的学习，学生能用英语对即将发生的情境进行预测和表述。
3.语言技能目标：能准确运用If…，…will…句型。
4.学习策略目标：学生能善于利用合作学习，对集体行为表述个体想法，在合作学习中提升个人英语表达能力。
5.情感态度目标：本课时创设了学生在校及生活中会遇到的许多真是情境。在讨论过称中深化学生对“规则”的正确认识，使学生加强规范意识。另外较多地创设趣味性高的情境，如：robots, money, free day等，让学生既学会如何计划安排生活，又有力发散了学生的想象力，并且强调了做一个守规矩会计划的人。
四、任务型活动：

五、教学过程设计
1. Greetings.
Are you happy today 从带情感色彩的话题开始为本课时做铺垫。
2. Leading in.
T: I'm very happy today, and if I am happy, I will sing. Do you want to listen to me

老师一边演唱歌曲"If you are happy."一边让学生配合活动，可以很好的起到课堂气氛调节效果，并用歌词自然地导入If从句。然后展示同类型不同人称的句子，让学生能直接找出规律。
3.Discussing.
a. T: Look at this girl. She is walking to school. And they are taking the bus to school. So she is late. What will happen if she walks to school
S: She will be late.
T: Yes, if she walks to school, she will be late! If she ride a bike to school, she won't be late.
b. T: You see, today is Wednesday, and I got up at 6:30 today. When did you get up
S1: I get up at 6:00.
T: When do you get up on weekends
S1: I get up at 9:00.
T: What will happen if you get up at 9:00 tomorrow
S1: If I get up at 9:00, I will be late.
T: What will happen if you are late

从一系列学生在学校可能会发生的情况着手，轻松自然地进一步熟悉本课句型，因为非常贴近他们的生活，可以让学生更快更好的体会IF条件状语从句的用法。随后再用讨论法让学生练习句型。
4. Pair work: What will you do
Task 1. If you have a robot, what will you do Please practice this with your partner.

该环节目的是用趣味性话题创设现实中和想象中不同的情境，让学生强化训练If…， I'll …. 句型或相关延伸拓展句型。
5.Game
Have a competition between boys and girls. Give the students some words each time and they should try to make these into a whole sentence as soon as possible.
该环节可以让学生有效地进一步熟悉IF从句的使用
6. Listening: Section A. 1b
在做听力之前让学生先根据课本图片猜测对话内容。随后的听力测试难度并不大，学生在听之前的答案预测往往正确率会较高。
7. Group work and Writing
Make a survey：What will you do if you have no lessons tomorrow And write a report.
这个话题是个非常具有趣味性的，并且在练习过程中能让学生学会如何安排计划自己的生活。学生小组讨论时，我们教师应逐组旁听，引导学生尽量用If…， we’ll…句型，以及一般将来时的合理运用，争取难点有效突破。
9. Summary and Homework:
讨论上网和打电子游戏分别会引起什么结果。适当提醒学生事情的适度和过量会有相反的效果。
六、板书设计：

七、教学评价与反思:
本课时的教学评价应该着眼于以下三个方面：
1.学生在Group work 中是否能积极参与
2.学生对于If引导的状语从句，能够主动运用
3.学生在If引导的状语从句中，能够正确使用一般现在时来代替一般将来时。
在本课时的教学过程中发现，学生比较积极地参与若干个情景小组讨论中，但因为句子呈现时对在各种条件下可能出现的结果进行的讨论较简单，所以在随后进行的小组情景对话中个别学生思路任未打开，导致学生在进行pair work的语言输出时较平庸，没有冲破学生思维关口，充分发挥话题趣味性，应该尽量让学生的英语实际应用能力突破课本限制。
