一:健康问题贴近学生现实生活,强调健康的同时,可以借助反面材料,如; junk food, “三五”食品,挑食,厌食的现象和习惯映射出健康的重要性,更具有冲击效果。
二:文章提及ZhouKai 的妈妈精心照顾和监督养成健康饮食习惯,如果能引导学生独立自主的养成良好的饮食习惯和自律的学习习惯,不仅建立良好的身体饮食习惯,而且培养健全的人格,即physical health 和mental health并重就更完美。

蔡老师的这节阅读主导课教学目标明确,话题紧紧围绕生活习惯、饮食起居、健身运动和疾病症状等的英语表达展开。从Introduction入手,先复习和学习与饮食健康相关的词汇,再通过一个对学生饮食习惯的survey, 通过小组活动的方式,让学生之间互相了解饮食习惯。再过渡到Reading passage ZhouKai (2),通过skimming和scanning 的方式,让学生了解段落大意,通过true or false和词义理解, 既让学生对这一部分阅读细节内容有了更好的理解,又培养了学生的阅读技巧。对Zhou kai(1),老师则通过听力教学的方式来处理,以此训练了学生的听力技巧。在教学过程中,教师教学指令清晰,引导学生探究健康问题环环相扣。在老师启发下的探究加任务教学下,学生自主学习合作讨论,最后上升到健康是本的主题,使学生明白什么样的生活习惯才是健康的,培养学生爱好体育锻炼,增强了学生的健康意识。

本课选自必修二 “Module 1 Our Body and Healthy Habits”,是一堂阅读主导课,本模块的任务是:Preparing a survey about healthy living 即呈现一个关于健康生活状况的调查。
教学对象高一学生正处于初高中转型阶段,身心快速发展,但同时面临课业负担重,家长和老师期望高,如何平衡好学习与健康的关系是本堂课的预设的情感达成目标。
本课通过Introduction→Lead-in→Pre-reading→while-reading (fast-reading + careful-reading)→Post-reading展开。在Introduction部分,通过美食图片,超重人群(尤其是孩子)和医院里拥挤的病人导入,激发学生的兴趣思考:目前人们的生活有大量丰富的美食美味可选择却为何有如此多不健康的人群?接着在同学中展开小组调查:头脑风暴刺激学生关于健康话题的讨论。同时,从对同龄人高中生ZhouKai的印象过度到对他阳光健康体魄的探秘进入ZhouKai (2)的快速阅读并完成学案中的activity 1:1)What's the best title of the passage?

本模块的话题围绕生活习惯、饮食起居、健身运动和疾病症状等的英语表达展开,指导学生学会表达自己的见解和观点,最后通过进一步的讨论使学生明白什么样的生活习惯才是健康的,培养学生爱好体育锻炼、注意身体健康的意识。
Introduction这一部分先复习和学习与饮食健康相关的词汇,Reading ZhouKai (1) &(2)通过Introduction→Lead-in→Pre-reading→while-reading (fast-reading + careful-reading)→Post-reading展开并完成Activity (1) & (2)的活动进行巩固;接着列举了一些与饮食健康相关的谚语,最后通过对Post-reading中问题的讨论使学生增强健康的意识。

第一次对准摄像头录课,学生显得有些拘谨和放不开手,即使表达熟悉的健康话题也有点紧张,敢于举手回答问题的同学明显少了。因为我对学生的考虑不够充分,同时,在引导学生充分挖掘语言材料的深层含义时,还应多给些话语权。
VII.教学反馈
本课课堂活动有明确的目标,教学指令清晰,引导学生探究健康问题环环相扣,在老师启发下的探究加任务教学下,学生独立自主学习加之合作讨论,给学生提供了自由表达,质疑,探究,和讨论问题的机会,最后上升到健康是本的主题。另外,头脑风暴中的图片还可以再有冲击力和吸引力更好。

Introduction
To start with, 3 sets of pictures: pictures of mouth-watering dishes; people especially children who are overweight; hospitals crowded with patients.
Think: How does it come about that there are such a good number of unhealthy people nowadays while they have so many choices about what they eat?
That’s to say, in order to improve the present situation, people should change their view on health and healthy habits. Do you follow a good habit and healthy lifestyle in your everyday life? Please help me do a survey among the classmates to see our health conditions and what healthy habits we have.
Work in groups. One student in a group acts as the reporter to interview the other group members. Reporters, take out your paper and pens! Go!
