—How many+可数名词复数+do you see?
—基数词(Thirty, nine…).
解析
how many后接可数名词的复数形式，不能接可数名词单数或不可数名词。和“How many … do you have?”的句型结构是一样的。回答时，可用“I/We see+基数词/数字.”，也可以直接说基数词/数字。
例句
—How many ducks do you see? 你看到多少只鸭子？—Thirty. 三十只。
—How many books do you see? 你看到多少本书？—I see 22 books. 二十二本。
拓展
how much是用来询问不可数名词的，也可以用来询问价格。
例如：How much water is there in the bottle? 瓶子里有多少水？
