Two
years
ago,
my
friend
and
I
were
at
college.
With
his
birthday
quickly
approaching,
he
came
to
me
with
an
unusual
request:
instead
of
receiving
presents,
he
wanted
to
do
some
acts
of
kindness.
I
was
stuck
for
such
an
idea.
Giving
instead
of
taking
for
the
birthday
was
really
difficult.
I
asked
him
how
he
could
come
up
with
such
a
1
idea.
He
told
me
about
a
TED
talk
he
had
watched
on
generosity,
which
had
inspired
him.
So
we
started
to
2
creative
things
we
could
do.
Our
university
employed
some
security
guards
to
3
its
students.
They
have
to
work
4
,
keeping
watch
on
every
corner
throughout
the
university.
For
the
most
part
it's
a
thankless
job
as
most
people
grow
5
to
seeing
the
guards
all
around
and
eventually
barely
notice
their
6
,
let
alone
acknowledge
their
efforts.
How
could
we
show
them
our
appreciation?
We
decided
to
make
a
large
pot
of
hot
7
.
We
hired
a
Uber
and
asked
the
driver
to
take
us
around
the
campus
where
we
knew
the
8
would
be
and
we
poured
them
each
a
cup
of
hot
chocolate.
The
Uber
driver
was
9
a
bit
doubtful
to
the
entire
plan
but
after
a
while
he
was
helping
us
10
the
guards
and
our
lively
spirit
had
spread
to
him
as
well.
We
were
met
with
many
friends
and
appreciative
words.
It
was
amazing
to
see
how
a
?similar
act
or
even
intention
of
generosity
can
lift
everyone's
spirit.

As
a
first
responder,
you
never
know
what
type
of
situation
you
might
walk
into,
or
who
you’ll
meet
along
the
way.
That’s
definitely
been
the
case
for
Jeffrey
Lanenberg,
a
51-year-old
paramedic(急救医务人员)
since
1984.
Ten
years
into
the
job,
Lanenberg
received
a
call
that
reported
that
a
man
in
his
early
30s
had
fallen
down
in
the
Mall
of
America.
When
Lanenberg
and
his
partner
arrived
at
the
scene,
they
found
the
young
male
face
down
on
the
ground.
He
had
gone
unconscious,
making
weak
attempts
to
breathe.
His
wife
stood
beside
him
holding
their
small
son
in
horror.
They
quickly
rushed
to
defibrillate(除颤)
and
calm
the
man
to
keep
him
under
control.
After
Lanenberg
dropped
the
patient
off
at
the
neighboring
hospital,
he
thought
about
the
man
and
his
family
for
a
long
time.
Lanenberg
thought
he
had
experienced
everything
under
the
sun
until
one
random
visit
to
Office
Max
three
years
ago,
where
he
met
a
man
repeatedly
walk
back
and
forth
while
staring
at
him.
As
it
turned
out,
the
man
was
the
patient
he
had
saved
20
years
earlier.
"You
gave
me
20
years
more
than
I
ever
thought
I’d
have,"
the
man
said.
He
thanked
Lanenberg
repeatedly
and
told
him
he
had
someone
he
wanted
him
to
meet.
He
stepped
around
the
corner
and
reappeared
with
a
20-something-year-old
man.
Lanenberg
instantly
knew
that
it
was
the
son
he
had
seen
standing
by
his
mother
all
those
years
ago.
"That
day
changed
my
life,"
Lanenberg
said.
"Before
that,
everything
was
about
work…When
I
talk
to
my
beginner-training
class,
I
tell
them
you
never
know
the
impact
you
can
have
on
someone’s
life."
24.
What
did
Lanenberg
do
with
the
young
man?
A.
He
gave
the
man
the
first
aid.
B.
He
cured
the
man
at
the
scene.
C.
He
only
sent
the
man
to
hospital.
D.
He
took
care
of
the
man’s
wife
and
son.
25.
What
did
Lanenberg
think
of
the
encounter
with
the
man?
A.
It
was
unbelievable.
B.
It
was
a
common
routine.
C.
It
was
a
matter
of
course.
D.
It
was
a
dangerous
situation.
26.
Why
was
the
man
thankful
to
Lanenberg?
A.
Lanenberg
helped
bring
up
his
little
son.
B.
Lanenberg
donated
to
support
his
family.
C.
Lanenberg
gave
him
the
present
happy
life.
D.
Lanenberg
taught
his
son
to
be
a
new
doctor.
C
While
the
start
of
a
new
school
year
is
always
exciting,
this
year
was
even
more
so
for
some
elementary
school
students
in
Auckland,
New
Zealand.
They
became
the
world’s
first
kids
to
be
"taught"
by
a
digital
teacher.
Before
you
start
imagining
a
human-like
robot
walking
around
the
classroom,
Will
is
just
an?avatar?that
appears
on
the
student’s
desktop,
or
smartphone
screen,
when?ordered
to
come.
The?autonomous?animation
platform
has
been
modeled
after
the
human
brain
and
nervous
system,
allowing
it
to?show?human-like
behavior.
The
digital
teacher
is
assigned?to
teach
Vector’s
"Be?sustainable?with
energy"—
a
free
program
for
Auckland
elementary
schools.
Just
like
the
humans
it
replaced,
Will
is
able
to
instantly
react
to
the
students’
responses
to
the
topic.
Thanks
to
a
webcam
and
microphone,
the
avatar
not
only
responds
to
questions
the
kids
may
have,
but
also
picks
up
non-verbal?cues.
For
instance,
if
a
student
smiles
at
Will,
he
responds
by
smiling
back.
This
two-way
interaction
not
only
helps
attract
the
students’
attention,
but
also
allows
the
program’s
developers
to
monitor
their
engagement,
and
make
changes
if
needed.
Nikhil
Ravishankar
believes
that
Will-like
avatars
could
be
a
novel
way
to
catch
the
attention
of
the
next?generation.
He
says,
"I
have
a
lot
of
hope
in
this
technology
as
a
means
to
deliver
cost-effective,
rich,
educational
experience
in
the
future."
The
program,
in
place
since
August
2018,
has
been
a
great
success
thus
far.
Ravishankar
says,
"What
was?fascinating?to
me
was
the
reaction
of
the
children
to
Will.
The
way
they
look
at
the
world
is
so
creative
and
different,
and
Will
really
captured
their
attention."
However,
regardless
of
how
popular
it
becomes,
Will
is
unlikely
to
replace
human
educators
any
time
soon.
27.
What
was
special
for
some
elementary
school
students
in
Auckland?
A.
A
digital
teacher
taught
them.
B.
They
first
saw
something
digital.
C.
This
was
the
start
of
a
new
school
year.
D.
They
could
get
close
to
smartphone
screen.
28.
What
is
the
benefit
of
this
two-way
interaction?
A.
It
can
smile
back.
B.
It
can
use
microphone.
C.
It
can
change
if
necessary.
D.
It
can
talk
any
topic
for
free.
29.
What’s
Ravishankar’s
attitude
to
Will’s
replacing
Human
educators
soon?
A.
Optimistic.
B.
Doubtful.
C.
Unclear.
D.
Disapproving.

In
January
1958,
Rachel
Carson
received
a
letter
from
her
friend
Olga
Owens
Huckins.
Huckins
lived
in
an
area
of
Massachusetts
where
the
state
was
trying
to
get
rid
of
mosquitoes.
They
had
used
planes
to
spray
(喷)
a
mixture
of
fuel
oil
and
DDT
(a
pesticide,
which
can
kill
pests
such
as
insects,
weeds
and
rodents)
all
over
the
area
around
Huckins’
home.
DDT
was
supposedly
harmless
but,
the
morning
after
the
spraying,
Huckins
found
several
of
her
favorite
birds
dead
outside
her
house.
And
the
spraying
did
not
even
kill
all
of
the
mosquitoes;
in
fact,
that
summer
there
were
more
of
them
than
ever
before.
Huckins
asked
Carson
if
she
knew
someone
in
Washington
that
could
help
prevent
future
spraying.
Carson
had
been
hearing
about
DDT
since
a
Swiss
chemist
discovered
it
could
be
used
to
kill
insects
in
1939.
To
many
people,
DDT
seemed
like
a
miracle
substance.
Farmers
were
excited
about
saving
their
crops
from
pests.
Doctors
and
others
were
excited
about
saving
people’s
lives
by
killing
disease-carrying
insects.
But
to
Carson,
DDT
appeared
to
be
dangerous
to
all
living
creatures.
The
more
Carson
found
out
about
DDT
and
other
pesticides,
the
more
she
realized
that
she
needed
to
help
stop
future
spraying.
Carson
decided
to
write
a
book
about
pesticides.
She
said,
"There
would
be
no
future
peace
for
me
if
I
kept
silent."
She
called
her
book?Silent
Spring.
Carson
had
spent
her
life
studying,
observing,
and
writing
about
nature.
She
was
a
trained
biologist
and
a
talented
writer
who
knew
how
to
present
scientific
information
in
compelling
stories.
Before?Silent
Spring,?she
had
written
other
books
from
the
perspective
of
fish,
birds,
islands,
and
oceans.
Carson
knew
that
all
things
in
nature
exist
in
a
delicately
(微妙地)
balanced
ecosystem.
In?Silent
Spring,
Carson
wrote
that
although
the
ecosystem
can
adjust
to
changes,
it
needs
time.
Carson
believed
that
people
in
the
1950s
were
using
pesticides
carelessly.
Nature
didn’t
have
time
to
adjust,
wrote
Carson,
because
so
many
pesticides
had
been
used
in
such
large
quantities
in
such
a
short
time.
31.

did
Huckins
write
a
letter
to
Rachel
Carson?

to
her
for

My
mother
always
told
me,
“You
should
explore
your
own
country
before
stepping
out
into
the
world.”
However,
it
seems
like
a
tough
mission
to
travel
all
across
its
expansive
surfaces.
But
luckily
for
me,
Via
Rail
Canada
offered
youths
between
the
ages
of
18
and
25
the
chance
to
ride
the
train
across
Canada
for
the
month
of
July.
The
ticket
was
a
bargain
$150.
My
best
friends
Trevor,
Joel
and
Jeremy
and
I
immediately
jumped
at
the
opportunity
and
secured
four
tickets
on
the
great
Canadian
railroad.
For
a
group
of
20-year-olds,
this
was
like
the
first
flight
of
young
birds
from
the
nest.
When
we
approached
the
train
station
in
the
morning,
our
22-day
adventure
from
Sudbury
to
Vancouver
was
to
begin.
Eyes
baggy
from
lack
of
sleep,
we
jumped
on
board
as
if
it
was
the
train
to
Hogwarts
in
Harry
Potter.
Although
the
thought
of
three
full
days
on
those
tracks
covering
close
to
3,
000
kilometres
crushed
our
spirits
a
little,
what
happened
next
caught
us
by
surprise.
The
three
days
on
board
turned
into
a
summer
camp
on
rails.
At
night,
we
would
climb
up
the
glass-domed
train
car,
which
gave
us
a
scenic
view
of
the
starry
night
sky,
untouched
by
the
harmful
light
pollution.
Before
we
knew
it,
the
warm
sun
rays
beating
down
on
our
faces
woke
us
up
for
another
day
on
the
rails.
To
my
surprise,
a
sea
of
golden
grain
fields
dominated
the
landscape
we
were
in
the
Canadian
Prairies.
Another
day
slipped
away
and
we
set
up
for
another
night
in
the
dome.
And
this
time
we
were
greeted
by
night
sky
painted
by
a
fantastic
thunderstorm.
Lightning
was
striking
at
an
incredible
rate.
The
spectacular
and
memorable
light
show
left
everyone
in
the
glass
bubble
in
complete
disbelief.
Arriving
in
the
Rocky
Mountains
was
one
of
the
most
surrealistic(超现实的)
experiences
of
my
life.
Before
the
train
adventure,
if
I
could
have
skipped
the
travel
and
arrived
at
the
destination,
I
would
have.
That
is
no
longer
true.
I’ve
learned
that
the
journey
can
be
more
enjoyable
than
the

Two
years
ago,
my
friend
and
I
were
at
college.
With
his
birthday
quickly
approaching,
he
came
to
me
with
an
unusual
request:
instead
of
receiving
presents,
he
wanted
to
do
some
acts
of
kindness.
I
was
stuck
for
such
an
idea.
Giving
instead
of
taking
for
the
birthday
was
really
difficult.
I
asked
him
how
he
could
come
up
with
such
a
1
idea.
He
told
me
about
a
TED
talk
he
had
watched
on
generosity,
which
had
inspired
him.
So
we
started
to
2
creative
things
we
could
do.
Our
university
employed
some
security
guards
to
3
its
students.
They
have
to
work

keeping

the

For
the

How
could
we
show
them
our
appreciation?
We
decided
to

We
hired
a
Uber
and
asked
the

to
take
us

we
poured
them

to
the

after
a
while
he

and
our

spirit
had
spread
to
him
as
well.
We
were

【解析】本文是一篇记叙文。作者的大学朋友决定在生日时做一些善行而不是收礼物。作者和朋友在生日那天一起为学校的安保人员送巧克力热饮作为朋友的生日礼物。通过这件事,作者明白了一个微小的善举都可以产生巨大的能量,这是一个最好的礼物。
1.
考查形容词词义辨析。结合上下文可知,此处是指作者认为朋友想在生日时做好事的想法很新颖(novel),故选D。
2.考查动词短语辨析。plan
out精心安排,筹划;take

4.考查名词短语辨析。step
by
step逐步地;around
the
clock日夜不停;
more
or
less或多或少;
now
and
then时不时。此句中的they指上文的“security
guards”,可知,这些保安人员要全天工作(around
the
clock),故选B。
5.考查形容词词义辨析。grow/get
accustomed
to
…为固定搭配,意为“习惯于……”。根据下文的let
alone
acknowledging
their
efforts可知,此处用“习惯”符合语境,故选D。
6.考查名词辨析。因为习惯了到处都是警卫,因此最终几乎注意不到他们的存在(presence)。故选A。
7.考查名词辨析。根据下文we
poured
them
each
a
cup
of
hot
chocolate可知我们决定为保安制作热巧克力(chocolate),故选D。
8.考查名词辨析。根据下文的after
a
while

答案与解析
[语篇解读] A篇介绍了世界环境日以及2019年将在中国举办的世界环境日,借此我们能够展现我们在环境方面的创新和进步;B篇讨论了人们为什么要上大学;C篇讲了利用木柴做饭对环境不好,Metcalf博士每年夏天都在非洲教当地人用太阳能厨具做饭。
11.which 句意:世界环境日是一个由联合国环境署主导的全球性活动,每年6月5日举行并且全世界成千上万的团体都会庆祝这个节日。本题考查定语从句。关系词在定语从句中作主语,且表示“事”,且此处为非限制性定语从句,故填which。
12.largest 句意:自从1972年世界环境日开始后,它就已经发展成为了每年最大的环境庆祝活动。本题考查形容词最高级。根据设空处前的the可知应用large的最高级形式largest。
13.hosting 句意:通过主办2019年的世界环境日,中国政府将会展现其对于创建一个更干净的环境的创新和进步。本题考查非谓语动词,介词by后面加名词或动名词,因此本空填hosting。
14.will
be
taught 本题考查动词的时态和语态。will
do表示将会做某事,teach和you之间为被动关系,应用被动语态,故填will
be
taught。
15.in 本题考查介词,in
their
fields表示“在他们的领域”,故填in。
16.to
apply 句意:从他们那里学习的机会是驱使一些人申请大学的动力。本题考查动词搭配。drive
sb.
to
do
sth.的意思是“驱使某人做某事,”因此填to
apply。
17.western 句意:然而,对大多数西方人来说,上大学意味着离开家的自由。本题考查形容词。根据句意可知填western,表示“西方的”。
18.depend 句意:世界上有数十亿的穷人要靠木柴来做饭。本题考查主谓一致。billions
of
poor
people是复数,因此填depend。
19.why 句意:这就是为什么Metcalf博士每年的夏天都在非洲度过。本题考查名词性从句。设空处引导表语从句,且此处表原因,故填why。
20.and 句意:这是一个向发展中国家引进太阳能厨具并教人们如何使用它们的组织。本题考查连词。设空处前后的两个动词为递进关系,因此用并列连词and。

That’s

Jeffrey

paramedic(急救医务人员)
since
1984.
Ten
years

Lanenberg

When
Lanenberg

He

he

Lanenberg

He
stepped
around
the
corner

reappeared
with
a
20-something-year-old
man.
Lanenberg
instantly
knew
that
it
was
the
son
he
had
seen
standing
by
his
mother
all
those
years
ago.
"That
day
changed
my
life,"
Lanenberg
said.
"Before

work…When
I

I
tell
them
you

While
the
start

is
always
exciting,
this
year
was
even
more
so
for
some
elementary
school
students
in
Auckland,
New

They
became
the
world’s
first
kids
to
be
"taught"
by
a
digital
teacher.
Before
you
start
imagining
a
human-like
robot
walking
around
the
classroom,
Will
is
just
an?avatar?that
appears
on
the
student’s
desktop,
or
smartphone
screen,

to
come.
The?autonomous?animation
platform
has
been

behavior.
The
digital
teacher
is
assigned?to
teach
Vector’s
"Be?sustainable?with
energy"—
a
free
program
for
Auckland
elementary
schools.
Just
like
the
humans
it
replaced,
Will
is
able
to
instantly
react
to
the
students’
responses
to
the
topic.
Thanks
to
a
webcam
and
microphone,
the
avatar
not
only
responds
to
questions
the
kids
may
have,
but
also
picks
up
non-verbal?cues.
For
instance,
if
a
student
smiles
at
Will,
he
responds
by
smiling
back.
This
two-way
interaction
not
only
helps
attract
the
students’
attention,
but
also
allows
the
program’s
developers
to
monitor
their
engagement,
and
make
changes
if
needed.
Nikhil
Ravishankar
believes
that
Will-like
avatars
could
be
a
novel
way
to
catch
the
attention
of
the
next?generation.
He
says,
"I
have
a
lot
of
hope
in
this
technology
as
a
means
to
deliver
cost-effective,
rich,
educational
experience
in
the
future."
The
program,
in
place
since
August
2018,
has
been
a
great
success
thus
far.
Ravishankar
says,
"What
was?fascinating?to
me
was
the
reaction
of
the
children
to
Will.
The
way
they
look
at
the
world
is
so
creative
and
different,
and
Will
really
captured
their
attention."
However,
regardless
of
how
popular
it
becomes,
Will
is
unlikely
to
replace
human
educators
any
time
soon.

In
January
1958,
Rachel
Carson
received
a
letter
from
her
friend
Olga
Owens
Huckins.
Huckins
lived
in
an
area
of
Massachusetts
where
the
state
was
trying
to
get
rid
of
mosquitoes.
They
had
used
planes
to
spray
(喷)
a
mixture
of
fuel
oil
and
DDT
(a
pesticide,
which
can
kill
pests
such
as
insects,
weeds
and
rodents)
all
over
the
area
around
Huckins’
home.
DDT
was
supposedly
harmless
but,
the
morning
after
the
spraying,
Huckins
found
several
of
her
favorite
birds
dead
outside
her
house.
And
the
spraying
did
not
even
kill
all
of
the
mosquitoes;
in
fact,
that
summer
there
were
more
of
them
than
ever
before.
Huckins
asked
Carson
if
she
knew
someone
in
Washington
that
could
help
prevent
future
spraying.
Carson
had
been
hearing
about
DDT
since
a
Swiss
chemist
discovered
it
could
be
used
to
kill
insects
in
1939.
To
many
people,
DDT
seemed
like
a
miracle
substance.
Farmers
were
excited
about
saving
their
crops
from
pests.
Doctors
and
others
were
excited
about
saving
people’s
lives
by
killing
disease-carrying
insects.
But
to
Carson,
DDT
appeared
to
be
dangerous
to
all
living
creatures.
The
more
Carson
found
out
about
DDT
and
other
pesticides,
the
more
she
realized
that
she
needed
to
help
stop
future
spraying.
Carson
decided
to
write
a
book
about
pesticides.
She
said,
"There
would
be
no
future
peace
for
me
if
I
kept
silent."
She
called
her
book?Silent
Spring.
Carson
had
spent
her
life
studying,
observing,
and
writing
about
nature.
She
was
a
trained
biologist
and
a
talented
writer
who
knew
how
to
present
scientific
information
in
compelling
stories.
Before?Silent
Spring,?she
had
written
other
books
from
the
perspective
of
fish,
birds,
islands,
and
oceans.
Carson
knew
that
all
things
in
nature
exist
in
a
delicately
(微妙地)
balanced
ecosystem.
In?Silent
Spring,
Carson
wrote
that
although
the
ecosystem
can
adjust
to
changes,
it
needs
time.
Carson
believed
that
people
in
the
1950s
were
using
pesticides
carelessly.
Nature
didn’t
have
time
to
adjust,
wrote
Carson,
because
so
many
pesticides
had
been
used
in
such
large
quantities
in
such
a
short
time.
31.
Why
did
Huckins
write
a
letter
to
Rachel
Carson?
A.
To
tell
her
some
bad
news.
B.
To
turn
to
her
for
help.
C.
To
advise
her
to
write
a
book.
D.
To
ask
her
some
questions.
32.
Which
of
the
effects
the
spraying
of
the
mixture
in
Massachusetts
had
is
right?
A.
It
killed
pests
such
as
insects,
weeds
and
rodents
around
Huckins’
home.
B.
It
killed
all
of
the
mosquitoes.
C.
It
had
bad
effects
on
ecosystem.
D.
There
were
more
birds
than
ever
before.
33.
Who
would
not
be
happy
with
DDT?
A.
Gardeners.
B.
Farmers.
C.
Doctors.
D.
Biologists.
34.

the
best

of
the
passage?
A.

My
mother
always
told
me,
“You
should
explore
your
own
country
before
stepping
out
into
the
world.”
However,
it
seems
like
a
tough
mission
to
travel
all
across
its
expansive
surfaces.
But
luckily
for
me,
Via
Rail
Canada
offered
youths
between
the
ages
of
18
and
25
the
chance
to
ride
the
train
across
Canada
for
the
month
of
July.
The
ticket
was
a
bargain
$150.
My
best
friends
Trevor,
Joel
and
Jeremy
and
I
immediately
jumped
at
the
opportunity
and
secured
four
tickets
on
the
great
Canadian
railroad.
For
a
group
of
20-year-olds,
this
was
like
the
first
flight
of
young
birds
from
the
nest.
When
we
approached
the
train
station
in
the
morning,
our
22-day
adventure
from
Sudbury
to
Vancouver
was
to
begin.
Eyes
baggy
from
lack
of
sleep,
we
jumped
on
board
as
if
it
was
the
train
to
Hogwarts
in
Harry
Potter.
Although
the
thought
of
three
full
days
on
those
tracks
covering
close
to
3,
000
kilometres
crushed
our
spirits
a
little,
what
happened
next
caught
us
by
surprise.
The
three
days
on
board
turned
into
a
summer
camp
on
rails.
At
night,
we
would
climb
up
the
glass-domed
train
car,
which
gave
us
a
scenic
view
of
the
starry
night
sky,
untouched
by
the
harmful
light
pollution.
Before
we
knew
it,
the
warm
sun
rays
beating
down
on
our
faces
woke
us
up
for
another
day
on
the
rails.
To
my
surprise,
a
sea
of
golden
grain
fields
dominated
the
landscape
we
were
in
the
Canadian
Prairies.
Another
day
slipped
away
and
we
set
up
for
another
night
in
the
dome.
And
this
time
we
were
greeted
by
night
sky
painted
by
a
fantastic
thunderstorm.
Lightning
was
striking
at
an
incredible
rate.
The
spectacular
and
memorable
light
show
left
everyone
in
the
glass
bubble
in
complete
disbelief.
Arriving
in
the
Rocky
Mountains
was
one
of
the
most
surrealistic(超现实的)
experiences
of
my
life.
Before
the
train
adventure,
if
I
could
have
skipped
the
travel
and
arrived
at
the
destination,
I
would
have.
That
is
no
longer
true.
I’ve
learned
that
the
journey
can
be
more
enjoyable
than
the
destination.
40.What

(略)
【解析】这是一篇记叙文。主要记叙了作者和朋友乘坐火车穿越加拿大的经历,描述了他们在路途中的所见所闻和感受。
40.
根据第一段中“Via
Rail
Canada
offered
youths
between
the
ages
of
18
and
25
the
chance
to
ride
the
train
across
Canada
for
the
month
of
July.
The
ticket
was
a
bargain
$150.
”加拿大铁路之旅为18至25岁的年轻人提供了在7月份乘坐火车穿越加拿大的机会。特价票150美元。由此可知,是加拿大铁路公司提供的特价票,让作者穿越加拿大的火车冒险变成了现实。
41.对于一群20多岁的年轻人来说,这就像是雏鸟第一次从巢里飞出来。当我们早上到达火车站时,我们从Sudbury到Vancouver的22天冒险就要开始了。由于睡眠不足,我们的眼睛都肿了起来,我们跳上了火车,就好像是《哈利波特》里开往霍格沃茨的火车。由此可推知,年轻人对即将到来的火车旅行很兴奋。
42.
根据最后一段中“I’ve
learned
that
the
journey
can
be
more
enjoyable
than
the
destination.”可知我明白了旅途比目的地更令人愉快。由此可推知,作者从穿越加拿大的火车冒险中学到了享受一段旅程很重要。
