Warm-up: Greeting.
Review : Yesterday we have talked about American Festivals. They are Flag Day and Thanksgiving Day. What do people do on Flag Day/ Thanksgiving Day?(呈现重点词汇,引导学生进行回顾）

Lead-in: 接着呈现Simon 的图片，问What’s Simon’s favourite festival?
How about you ? What’s your favourite festival?(引导学生回答，并揭示今天的课题。）

Activity 2: Our favourite festival is the Spring Festival. Today we are going to talk about Chinese Festivals. Please listen and answer,
How many festivals? What are they?( 播放音频，让学生带着问题去观看视频，并回答）

紧接着让学生自由读课文，并回答：
What do people do on these festivals?

At the Mid-Autumn Festival , we eat mooncakes. Do we eat “dragon cakes ” at the Dragon Boat Festival?(把Activity 1 融入一起，呈现端午节）

接着谈论剩余两个节日。



接着操练最后一个节日中出现的after. 并学习before, 让学生了解中国四大传统节日的顺序。

Activity 4: Listen and say. Then chant.
Homework: Read the text.
Write about your favourite festival.
