Lesson3
This is the three lesson in this Unit. The main topic is how to describe one’s look.

Be able to listen and read the words and dialogues: curly, straight, weight, height..../What do you look like?
Be able to ask and answer questions.

Enhance students’ ability of practical applications.

Learn to respect others when we talk with others.

The relevant words 、the simple past tense and dialogues.

Greeting to students.
Divide the Ss into four groups to present the dialogue.
Step 1. Learn new words
Begin by greeting the class with a smile and good morning!
Step2.Learn new sentence
About hair/eyes/height/weight.......
Step3.Let’s read
Let the students speak in front of the class. Encourage them not to be shy when they stand there. Give the students chances to speak loudly in front of the class.
Step 4. Let’s talk.
A: What does your sister look like ?
B：She is has big eyes and brown hair.
C：What does your father look like?
D：He looks very weight.
Step 5. Encourage the students to ask more questions about this part.
Ask all of the students to take part in the discussion.
Step 6. Summary
Let the students close their books. Ask the to say what they learned in this lesson.Ask some volunteers to write on the blackboard.
Do some exercises.
Step 7. Homework
Finish off the exercises in the textbook.
Go on the next reading in the student book.
