　　报告是一种应用文文体。它通常包括调查报告、读书报告、实验报告等具体的报告形式。本单元的写作任务是写一篇有关环境问题的调查报告。它主要包括问题、原因、措施、效果等。调查报告要有明确的中心思想、清晰的段落层次和合理的结构安排。
本单元的写作任务是写一篇关于环境问题的报道。写作时注意以下几点： 1.以事实为依据，对事实给予明确的、实事求是的报道。
2.要有明确的文章结构。

Besides, it was preferable to popularize the cars using new clean energy, which reduced the carbon dioxide emission. Most importantly, it is the government’s measures that called on people to get involved in reducing the source of air pollution, such as replacing private cars with shared bikes, etc.
If only everyone would make contributions to alleviating the air pollution problem in our hometown!
Reducing air pollution
　 As is known to us all, air pollution is becoming more and more serious. This phenomenon caused our attention.
　　In order to deal with the problem, the government took some effective measures. Firstly, they carried out strict regulations, making some factories closed down or moved out of the city center. Secondly, cars and buses using new clean energy were produced, which reduced the carbon dioxide emission. Also, a lot of trees were planted on hills, fields and so on. Most importantly, it is the government’s measures that called on people to be involved in reducing the source of air pollution.
If every citizen makes efforts to protect our environment, the day will come when people will take in clean air.

When it comes to ocean, its pollution is becoming more and more serious. World Ocean Day, falling on June 8th, is aimed at raising awareness of ocean conservation.
Ocean plays a key role in our world. Not only does ocean offer us sufficient food, but also it maintains the balance of nature. Thus, it is imperative to protect ocean. First of all, what we can do is place importance on our daily actions. For example, garbage can’t be thrown into ocean. What’s more, we can also hand out leaflets to call on more people to protect the ocean. The more people are involved, the better the ocean environment is.
