【解读】本句是反意疑问句,又叫附加疑问句,是在陈述句后对陈述的事实提出的疑问。基本结构:肯定陈述句,附加疑问用否定式;否定陈述句,附加疑问用肯定式。反意疑问句的回答:根据事实上的“是”或“否”回答, yes 后面跟的一定是肯定句,no 后面一定跟否定句。yes通常翻译成“不是”,no通常翻译成“是”。

语法专讲
ever 常用于现在完成时的一般疑问句，放在主语的后面，过去分词的前面。
never 表示否定在助动词have / has 之后，过去分词之前。表示否定的简短回答可使用neither。
现在完成时态可用于过去发生的动作对现在造成的影响或结果，和 ever, never 等标志词连用。 下面我们一起看看这两个词的用法:
有此类副词时，常强调动作完成，不强调动作的持续
—Have you ever been to the Great Wall
你曾经去过长城吗？
—No, I have never been to the Great
Wall.
不, 我从未去过长城。
注意：never, ever一般置于助动词have/has之后，v-ed之前
比较: He has been to Beijing.
他曾去过北京。 (人已回来)
He has gone to Beijing.
他已经去北京了。(人已走，不在这儿)
have been to与have gone to的区别
(1) have / has been (to) 表示 “曾经到过某地”, 说话时此人不在那里, 已经回来, 侧重指经历。后面可接次数, 表示去过某地几次。
我去过北京三次。
他们去过那个村庄好几次了。

(2) have / has gone (to) 表示某人 “已经去某地了”, 说话时此人可能在路上或已到那里, 总之, 说话时该人不在现场。一般不用第一、第二人称代词作句子的主语。
