(四)重难点讲解
1、remember to do sth.与remember doing sth.
remember to do sth.表示“记得去做某事”, 说明事情还没有做；
remember doing sth. 表示“记得做过某事”，说明事情已经做了。
其反义词 forget 用法与其一样。
例如：Don’t you remember seeing that man before？（已见过）
Please remember to lock the door when you leave.（还没锁）
2、I know that Ms. Lee was always patient with you in math class.
patient adj，意为“有耐心的；能容忍的”.
Dinner will be ready in half an hour - just be patient!晚餐半小时就好——耐心点！
be patient with… “对……有耐心”。
You should be more patient with your friends. 你对朋友们应该更有耐心。
3、She helped you to work out the answers yourself no matter how difficult they were.
句型no matter how... 意为“不管如何”，在此引导让步状语从句，相当于however。类似的还有whatever / no matter what，whoever / no matter who，whenever / no matter when等，均可引导让步状语从句。
No matter how / However hard he works, he finds it difficult to make ends meet.
无论他多么努力地工作，总是入不敷出。
4、Shall we get each of them a card and gift to say thank you
shall是情态动词, 意为“将要; 将会”, 常用句式是“Shall I/we. . . ”, 意为“……好吗 要不要…… ”, 表示提建议或征求他人意见。
Shall I open the window 我打开窗户好吗
提建议的句型：
1）. Shall we do sth. 我们做某事好吗？
2）. What /How about doing sth. 做某事好吗？
3）. Why not do sth. 为什么不做某事呢？
4）. Let’s do sth! 我们干某事吧！
5）. You’d better (not) do sth.你最好做（不做）某事。
6）. Would you mind doing sth. 你介意做某事吗？
常用答语：
1）. 肯定答语: Good idea. / OK. / All right. / Sure. /Certainly.
2）. 否定答语: No, thanks. / Sorry, I can’t. / I’m afraid not.
