Introduce people of achievement and explore the real meaning of greatness
Text analysis:
This article introduces Tu Youyou and her achievement as well as her tremendous contributions to medicine. The first paragraph summarizes the entire text, introducing the news that Tu Youyou was awarded the Nobel Prize and the significance of her discovery. The second paragraph and the third paragraph show the timeline of her experience and the process of discovering artemisinin. The fourth paragraph introduces her words after being awarded.

课后反思
通过参加本次一师一优课的活动,我意识到了自己的不足。作为一名新老师,我需要做得还有太多。首先,口语表达务必加强训练。英语是一门语言,作为一名英语老师,流利的口语表达是最基本也是最重要的要求,尤其在当前阶段,学生的学习不是为了应对考试,而是为了发挥语言最基本的沟通交流作用,这就要求他们多说,说准确。作为老师,一定要严格要求自己,努力弥补不足。
其次,每一堂课都要有充分的准备,注意每一个细节。从多媒体操作,课件设计,到每句话的准确英文表达,都是不可忽视的。此外,每堂课前也应给学生安排好任务,让学生做好准备工作,这样才符合学习的“准备性”原则,而不至于使他们面对新任务,产生紧张感。最后,每堂课的设计要充分考虑到学生的现有水平,不仅“备教材”更要“备学生”,站在学生的角度,而不是老师的角度来衡量问题的难易。课堂知识点设置要适当,不可过多,平时多训练学生的口语表达,让学生学以致用,发挥语言的实际应用作用。课堂设计应更灵活多样一些,以便维持学生的注意力,让他们在乐中学。总之,这次活动对我来说是一次勇敢的尝试,我从中学到了很多,在今后的教学中,我会更加努力,争取早日成为一名合格,甚至优秀的英语教师!
