However, what services should be offered and how many people should be hired depend on the size of the hotel as well as its status. Usually, the basic hotel services include guest receiving, room service, food service, plus restaurants, swimming pool and security.

Other services offered to guests of the hotel can be considered as bonuses. These are the laundry service, massage room, spa, conference room, fitness center and other things. Many hotels in China nowadays look actively into plenty of requirements of their guests and provide free WiFi, safe for valuables, currency exchanges, mail delivery, etc. Thus, they create a more enjoyable stay for their guests.
