When guiding your tourists, you may encounter some unexpected transportation situations. To get to know how to deal with the situations is very important. Before receiving the group, the driver should carefully examine the condition of the vehicle. If the vehicle breaks down, the driver must check the vehicle immediately and the guide should explain the situation to the passengers and ask them to keep calm.
