尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
Dear Teacher, Dear Students:
大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《砥砺前行 不负韶华》。
Hello everyone! The title of my speech today is "Drive forward and live up to our dreams."
在这庄严的国旗下，我们正面对人生的重要阶段——高三。这一年，是拼搏的一年，是奋斗的一年，更是我们为梦想全力以赴的一年。
Under this solemn flag, we are facing an important stage in our lives - our senior year of high school. This year is a year of struggle, a year for struggle, and a year when we give our best to our dreams.
高三，是我们成长的见证。我们在知识的海洋中遨游，在题目的挑战中磨砺，每一次的努力都是我们成长的足迹。我们学会了坚持，懂得了付出，明白了只有通过不懈的努力，才能实现自己的目标。
High school is a witness to our growth. We swim in the ocean of knowledge, we hone in the challenges of subjects, and each effort is a step in our growth. We have learned to persevere, learned to give, and learned that only through unremitting efforts can we achieve our goals.
高三，是我们梦想的起点。我们怀揣着对未来的憧憬，为了心中的理想大学而努力奋斗。每一个清晨，我们迎着朝阳出发；每一个夜晚，我们伴着星光入眠。我们用汗水浇灌希望，用拼搏书写青春。
High school is the starting point for our dreams. With a vision for the future, we strive hard for the ideal university in our heart. Every morning, we set out against the Chaoyang; Every night, we go to sleep with the starlight. We water our hope with sweat, and we write our youth with struggle.
在这最后的冲刺阶段，我们要以坚定的信念，勇往直前。无论遇到多大的困难，我们都要咬牙坚持，绝不退缩。我们要相信，自己的潜力是无穷的，有志事竟成，一切皆可能，只要我们努力，就一定能够创造奇迹。
In this final sprint, we must move forward with firm faith. No matter how much difficulty we encounter, we must persist with our teeth and never back down. We must believe that our potential is infinite, that aspirations can be achieved, that everything is possible, and that if we work hard, we will certainly be able to create miracles.
同学们，让我们携手共进，砥砺前行。在高三的征程中，我们将一起经历风雨，一起迎接挑战。让我们用奋斗点亮青春，用拼搏成就未来！我们砥砺前行，我们不负韶华！
Students, let us move forward together and forge ahead. During our senior year, we will experience the storms together and meet the challenges together. Let us brighten our youth with struggle, and make our future possible with struggle! We have persevered, and we have lived up to our dreams!
