For Pineda, it was a long way to succeed.

Xian Xinghai was a very famous musician in China. He wrote one of the greatest pieces of music of the 20th century. In his short life he wrote 31 300 songs and an opera.

Studies show that walking several times a week can lower the risk of a lot of diseases. They include heart disease, diabetes(糖尿病), stroke(中风) and bone loss(骨质疏松). Walking can also help you lose weight.
