学情分析 七年级的学生经过半年多的英语学习。已经具备了一定的英语基础和语言学习能力。他们对新鲜事物充满好奇心,喜欢参与课堂活动,具有较强的表现欲。然而,这个阶段的学生在词汇积累、听力理解和口语表达方面还存在一定的不足,需要通过多样化的教学活动来激发学习兴趣,提高语言综合运用能力。

Step 1Lead in 1. Show a picture and let Ss look and share:Can you name any of the foods or dishes in the photo Which dish would you like to eat the most What is your favorite food Do you often eat it 2. Present different food pictures and teach Ss how to say them in English. 1. Look at a picture and answer the teacher's questions.2. Look at some food pictures and learn how to say them in English.
Step 2 Pre-listening 1. Let Ss write the food in the box in la under the pictures. And then answer: which food do you like 2. Show a picture and ask Ss to predict where they are and when it is.3. Lead Ss to read the sentences in 1b and let Ss guess what food they might talk about. 1. Finish activity la.2. Look at on picture and answer predict the place and time.3. Read the sentences in 1b and guess the food they talk about.
Step 3 While-listening 1. Play the tape and let Ss listen to the firstconversation and tick what they would like for lunch.2. Ask Ss to listen again and complete the conversation.3. Let Ss listen to the second conversation and finish lc.4. Play the second the conversation and ask Ss to imitate. Listen to the conversations and finish different activities.
Step 4 Post-listening 1. Help summarize Jane's meals2. Let Ss write what they cat for breakfast,lunch and dinner.3. Make Ss work in pairs to ask their meals.4. Invite some Ss to present their conversation in class. 1. Write down the food for each meal.2. Work with deskmate to make up a conversation like ld.
Step 5 Pronunciation 1. Play the tape of 1 and ask to repeat. Then add one more word to each group.2. Play the tape of 2 and let Ss repeat and notice the intonation. Listen to the tape and repeat the words and sentences.
Step 6 Summary How to ask and answer what you eat for each meal.
