What:
- 教学内容围绕“运动对身体、大脑和心理的益处”展开,介绍运动能塑造肌肉、保持体
重、改善大脑功能、提升记忆力、产生放松化学物质等好处。
- 布置了两项阅读任务,一是阅读文本并完成提纲,梳理运动对身体、大脑和心理的好处;
二是再次阅读文本,回答人们不运动的常见原因,以及对“健康就是财富”的理解。
Why:
- 让学生了解运动的重要性,树立健康生活的理念,明白运动不仅有益于身体健康,还对
大脑和心理有积极影响。
- 通过阅读和完成任务,培养学生的阅读理解能力、信息提取和归纳总结能力,以及对观
点的思考和表达能力。
How:
- 以阅读文本为基础,通过引导学生阅读,让他们从文本中获取信息。
- 利用提纲和问题的形式,帮助学生梳理和理解所学内容,引导他们思考和讨论相关话题,

十、教学反思 Teaching reflection
In this class, I guided students to learn how to predict the main idea of
the whole passage through the title and the picture, how to divide paragraphs
through fast reading and how to get details through careful reading.Seventy
percent of students can finish the reading tasks and catch up with the
class.It’s difficult for the rest of students to make it because of many
strange words.
To my surprise and joy, each student thinks it important to do sports. They
know how to start sports.
