一、教学目标

三、教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up & Lead-in (5 mins)
Guess the Topic
1. 展示食物图片(汉堡、水果、蔬菜等),提问:
What do these foods make you think of
Why is healthy eating important
2. 引入谚语“You are what you eat”,学生初步猜测含义。
Step 2: Pre-reading (8 mins)
Prediction Challenge
1. 展示文章标题与副标题(How do we make healthy eating choices ),学生分组预测:
What poor eating habits might be mentioned
2. 每组分享预测,教师板书关键词(如:fast food, skip breakfast)。
Step 3: While-reading (15 mins)
Task 1: Skimming — Find the Main Idea
1. 快速阅读文章,回答问题:
How many poor eating habits are mentioned
2.核对答案(3种:have fast food吃快餐、don't have breakfast不吃早餐、eat too much sweet things吃甜食)。
3. 圈出以上三种不良习惯,以及画出答案所在句子,提问思考:
这三个句子有什么特点?在段落中有什么作用?引导学生发现文本框架和逻辑关系。
Task 2: Scanning — Complete the Table (合作学习)
1. 学生两人一组,精读文章,填写表格1c:

Task 3: Critical Thinking — Answer Questions
