Activity 1 Review
Check the answers of the pre - reading tasks, such as vocabulary - related exercises and questions about space knowledge, to review the background information and activate students' prior knowledge related to space exploration.

Activity 2 Learning about the new language items
1. "It was a totally new experience for me to watch the launch of the Shenzhou XII spacecraft. The moment the rocket rose into the sky, I was filled with excitement."
launch n. & vt.发射；发起；上市。例如：The launch of the new satellite is scheduled for next month.（新卫星的发射定于下个月。）They launched a new advertising campaign to promote their products.（他们发起了一场新的广告宣传活动来推广产品。）
the moment引导时间状语从句，意为“一……就……”，类似的表达还有the instant, the minute, as soon as等。例如：The moment I saw him, I knew he was the person I was looking for.（我一看到他，就知道他是我在找的人。）
2. "China's space program has made remarkable progress in recent years. It aims to explore more mysteries of space and contribute to the scientific development of humanity."
