Teaching reflection
Based on the instructional design, the approach to teaching reading will be implemented with a high degree of flexibility. The central theme of the lessons revolves around the celebration of various festivals. It has been observed that the majority of students are able to participate actively in classroom discussions, yet there remains a subset of pupils who seem hesitant to voice their opinions. It is imperative for the educator to adopt strategies that foster an environment conducive to encouraging these quieter students to engage more proactively in class activities. By doing so, they can gradually build up their self-assurance and become more confident in their ability to use English as a means of communication.
