一般现在时：表示现阶段经常发生的动作或存在的状态。在描述日常活动时经常使用，如 I wash my face every morning.（我每天早上洗脸。）
时间表达法
整点表达：数字 + o'clock，例如：seven o'clock（七点）。
半点表达：half past + 数字，例如：half past ten（十点半）；还可以用数字 + thirty，例如：ten thirty（十点半 美式表达）。
非整点表达：先小时后分钟，例如：seven forty（七点四十）、eight twenty（八点二十）。
