任务驱动三
In our daily life, there are lots of fun things to do, like playing games, watching TV or using social media. But if we play too much, it can be bad for us.
If we spend too much time on these, we may not have enough time to study. Our grades may go down. Also, sitting in front of the screen for a long time is not good for our eyes. We may get tired easily and even get short-sighted. What’s more, we will have less time to play with our friends and family.
So, we need to have moderate entertainment and learn to manage ourselves. First, make a plan. Decide how long you can play each day. For example, you can play games for only half an hour. Second, find other interesting things to do, like reading storybooks or going for a walk. These can make our life more colourful.
In a word, if we can balance our entertainment and study well, we can have a happy and healthy life.
