(一)why、what、where 引导的特殊疑问句
1、why 引导的特殊疑问句
(1)why 为疑问副词,意为 “为什么”,用来询问原因或理由,一般由 “Why + 一般疑问
句” 构成特殊疑问句。
(2)常用 “Because...” 来回答,because 为连词,意为 “因为”,其后要接一个句子来
陈述原因或理由。
(3)例句:
Why is he here 他为什么在这里?
Why do you like English 你为什么喜欢英语?
——Why do you like pandas 你为什么喜欢熊猫?
——Because they are cute.因为它们可爱。
2、what 引导的特殊疑问句
(1)常对姓名、物品、学科、事件等进行提问。
(2)例如:
——What is her name 她的名字是什么?
——Her name is Lucy.她的名字是露西。
——What’s your favourite subject 你最喜欢的学科是什么?
——My favourite subject is English.我最喜欢的学科是英语。
3、where 引导的特殊疑问句
(1)常对地点进行提问。回答时常用 “主语 + be 动词 /come (s)+ from + 地点名词.” 或
直接回答地点名词。
(2)例如:
——Where are you from 你来自哪里? ——I’m from China./China.我来自中国。/ 中国。
——Where does Lucy come from 露西来自哪里?
——She comes from Canada./Canada.她来自加拿大。/ 加拿大。
(二)形容词 1、定义:常用来修饰名词,用来说明事物或人的性质、特征等状况。
2、用法
(1)作定语:用于修饰名词或代词 one/ones,常位于这些词之前。
a、例如:The pandas are very cute animals.熊猫是很可爱的动物。
b、China has a long history.中国有着悠久的历史。
c、注意:当形容词作定语修饰不定代词(something、everything 等)时,形容词要放在被
修饰的不定代词之后。
d、例如:There is something interesting in the book.书中有些有趣的东西。
(2)作表语:放在连系动词(be、look、feel、sound 等)后构成 “系表” 结构。
a、例如:The girl is shy.这个女孩很害羞。 b、That sounds good.那听起来不错。 (3)作补语:通常用来补充、说明主语或宾语的状态或特征。
a、例如:We need to keep our school clean and tidy.我们需要保持学校干净、整洁。
b、She made me angry last night.昨晚她让我生气了。
(三)可数名词复数
1、规则变化
(1)一般情况下,在词尾加 -s。-s 的读音如下:
a、在清辅音后读 /s/,例如:book→books b、在浊辅音和元音后读 /z/,例如:bag→bags、boy→boys
c、在 /s/、/z/、/t /、/d / 等后读 / z/,例如:orange→oranges
(2)以 s、x、ch、sh 结尾的词,加 -es,读作 / z/,例如:box→boxes、watch→watches、 brush(刷子)→brushes
(3)以 f 或 fe 结尾的词,通常变 f 或 fe 为 v,再加 -es,-ves 读作 /vz/,例如:leaf
→leaves、knife→knives、wife→wives
(4)以 “辅音字母 + y” 结尾的词,变 y 为 i,再加 -es,-ies 读作 / z/,例如:family →families、dictionary→dictionaries
(5)以 o 结尾的可数名词变复数时
a、表示人或农作物等有生命的事物,通常在词尾加 -es,读作/z/,例如:
hero(英雄)→heroes
tomato(西红柿)→tomatoes
potato(土豆)→potatoes
b、表示无生命的事物,通常在词尾加 -s,读作 /z/,例如:
photo(照片)→photos
radio(录音机)→radios
2、不规则变化
