一般现在时与现在进行时的区分
1. 一般现在时的用法及时间标志词
(1)表示经常性、习惯性或反复发生的动作, 常与表示频率的时间状语连用: always, often, sometimes, every day, once a week,等。
e.g. I usually exercise from six fifteen to seven.
我通常从六点十五锻炼到七点。
一般现在时与现在进行时的区分
(2)表示客观真理、客观存在或自然现象。
e.g. The earth moves around the sun. 地球绕着太阳转。
(3)表示现在的情况或状态。
e.g. I enjoy playing games with my friends.
我喜欢和我的朋友们一起玩游戏。
e.g. Colin’s father works hard.
Colin的爸爸工作很努力。
2. 现在进行时的用法及时间标志词
(1)表示说话人说话时正在进行的动作。常和表示现在进行的时间状语用:①now, right now; ②at present, at this time, at the/this moment 等；③these days; ⑤Look!/Listen!等。
e.g. Someone is knocking at the door. Can you go and have a look

(2)表示现阶段正在进行的动作或持续的状态
e.g. They are exercising hard this month.
他们这个月正努力训练。
(3)go, leave, arrive, come 等位置移动词,可用现在进行时表示将来。
We’re leaving for Shanghai tonight.
现在进行时与一般现在时的比较
现在进行时 一般现在时
概念 表示现在或现阶段正在进行的动作。 表示经常性或习惯性的动作或存在的状态。
构成 主语+be(am/is/are)+动词-ing+其他. 主语+be(am/is/are)+其他
主语+ do/ does +其他.
时间状语或标志词 now、today、at the moment、right now或“ Iook!/Listen!/Be quiet!”等。 often、usually sometimes、always、every day、on Sundays、in the morning
