Anger is a common and healthy human feeling. But when it gets out of control, it can cause problems: problems at work, in your personal relationships and in your family life. Everyone gets angry sometimes. Although being angry is natural, what you do when you feel angry is important. This is difficult for kids and even for adults, too. First, exercise can be good for people who are trying not to lose their tempers (脾气) because it’s a way of releasing (释放) energy and stress. For example, you will feel good to dance around your room with your favorite music!
Second, get into the habit of saying how you’re feeling and why. If you’re having trouble with your temper, talk with your parents or friends and tell them what you’re trying to do. Words help you show your feelings and receive understanding from others.

Besides, you’d better think of people and things you are thankful for because you can’t be angry and thankful at the same time.

Body language is the quietest, most secret and most powerful language of all! It is said that our body movements communicate about 50% of what we really mean while words themselves only do 7%. 9
Arms. How you hold your arms shows how open you are to people you meet. If you keep your arms to the sides of your body or behind your back, this suggests you are not afraid of anything. 10 But quieter people prefer to keep their arms close to their bodies. If someone makes you angry, just cross your arms to show you’re unhappy!
Head. 11 If you are the monitor in your class, you can also hold your head up when you want your words to be taken seriously. However, to be friendly in listening or speaking, you must move your head a little to one side.
Legs. Your legs will move around a lot more than usual when you are nervous or telling lies. 12 This shows your respect.
Mouth. When you are thinking, you often purse your lips (吸嘴). You might also purse your lips to hold back angry words you don’t wish to say. 13 And people will know you’re not pleased.
A.Outgoing people usually use their arms with big movements.
B.If you are at interviews, try to keep them still.
C.However, it will probably still be noticed.
D.So while your mouth is closed, what is your body saying
E.Hands also play an important part in body language.
F.When you want to show your confidence, keep your head up.
Loss (逝去) makes people sad. How can we deal with it Will you keep being upset Will you cheer up The movie The Boy and the Heron (《你想活出怎样的人生》) has something to say.
It tells the story of a 12-year-old boy called Mahito. He lost his mother during a war and feels sad. One day, he meets a talking heron (苍鹭). They go on a journey in a dreamlike world.
Japanese director Hayao Miyazaki (宫崎骏), 83, made this movie for his grandson. It’s his way of telling the little boy: “I won’t be around forever, but I am leaving something here for you.”
At the movie’s end, Mahito learns how to move on. He leaves the magical world. The real world can be hard but it’s full of honesty and kindness.
French writer Romain Rolland once said, “There is only one heroism (英雄主义) in the world: to see the world as it is, and to love it.” That means when we face the difficulties in life, we should be positive and face them bravely.
Miyazaki has made many films. We are often shocked by his imagination. Many scenes in his movies are so beautiful and he drew most of these pictures by himself. More importantly, his films show us love, kindness, friendship, peace and so on, which can always touch our hearts deeply.
The movie The Boy and the Heron won an Oscar award this year. You can watch it in the cinema now.

Although the balloon won’t completely enter space, this won’t matter much to the tourists.
That’s because at 20 miles above the earth, they will feel like they’re in space.
The balloon uses hydrogen (氢气). Hydrogen is lighter than the air so the balloon can go up. The balloon can come to a stop about 20 miles above the earth, because here the air is no longer heavier than the hydrogen inside the balloon. The company has tested Neptune without tourists and will take its first paying clients in 2024. Of course, the tickets are expens ve. The trip will take up to eight tourists two hours to travel up there, two hours to enjoy the stay and two hours to travel back. The five-metre-wide tourists’ room is below the balloon. It has special windows and they can stop tourists getting too hot from the sunlight. The tourists will be able to enjoy food and drinks there while enjoying the trip.
