Last week, our school had a "Green School Project (课题)”. Our class did something
meaningful as a team. Some of us wrote down the whole plan. Some prepared the necessary materials (材料). I found it was much easier and faster than doing something alone. 1 .
Of course, team activities aren't always easy. In fact, they can be difficult if people don't know how to work well together. Here are some advice to make team work well.
2. If you're doing a class project, you need to check the instructions (指示) carefully and ask questions whenever something isn't clear. There's a saying: "If you don't know where you're going, you probably won't get there."
Teams work better when people have their own roles. 3. There may also be a note-taker who writes down the team's ideas during meetings, and a time-keeper to make sure people don't waste time talking.
For large projects, divides (分开) the work into smaller tasks(任务). Team members can choose tasks they do well or enjoy. Other people may be good at writing. Of course, you shouldn't always do the same task. 4.
When you're working in a team, respect (尊敬) is necessary. 5. Do your fair share(分享),so other members don't have to do work for you.
Finally, try to enjoy yourself. Everything is easier when you're having fun!
Here are few ways to motivate(激发) children to do chores.
1. Children always watch their parents and learn how to act from them. so the parents must set a good example and take chores seriously. This motivates children to do chores, too.
Decide what kinds of chores children do. For younger children, give them easy work.
like putting away their toys. 2.
Tell children about the importance of doing chores. 3. Knowing the importance of the chores helps to motivate children to do them.
4. When children finish the chores on the list, parents can reward (奖励) them by giving them a prize. A chore list also gives children a sense of pride (自豪感) when they finish all their chores.
Give children some money to do more chores. 5. But it is not the best way. It's best to make children feel that doing chores is the work that they should do.

Many students say it is hard to focus on their studies while taking online classes. This is true for Lian Ruohan, a 15-year-old student. "There are no classmates or real teachers watching me. 2. It's harder to keep focused all the time," she said.
Lian did a lot before taking her classes to make sure she would keep focused. She told us students could answer questions while taking online classes. 3.
But Wen Jiayi, a student from Chengdu, thinks online teachers can't do enough for her studies. "1. If I don't hand in homework, I will just get a short message, and they don't care about the reason for it," she said.
However, taking online classes still has some benefits (好处)“5. Also, if I don't know clearly some parts of a lesson, I can watch it over again,"Lian said.
During the Southern Tang Dynasty, a tamous Chan Buddhist master(禅宗大师)named Fadeng lived in a temple.
1. He was naughty and often broke the rules of the temple. Other young monks around him hated him, but he found favor with the abbot. The abbot thought the boy monk, though naughty, was clever-destined to (注定) become an excellent monk someday.
One day, the abbot was giving a lecture on Buddhist sutras(佛经)to the young monks in
the temple. Suddenly, he asked them a question, "2. Who can untie and remove it "
All the young monks looked at each other, and none answered. 3. When the abbot asked the question again, Fadeng said loudly, without thinking, "It must be the one who tied it around the tiger's neck."
Immediately, everyone there felt enlightened(开悟的),and the abbot praised theboy monk greatly.

Social phobia (社恐) has appeared and been discussed for many years. People with social phobia always feel unhappy and not comfortable when talking with others.
The development of the Internet makes the MBTI test very popular. Many people take this test to see what they are like. According to the test, there are mainly two kinds of people-the extroverted (外向的) and the introverted (内向的).Extroverted people enjoy making friends with others, while those who are introverted like to be alone.
However, many people cannot find the differences between being introverted and social phobia. In fact, it's difficult for introverted people to become extroverted. Introverted people are not afraid of talking with others. They just like to stay alone to think more carefully. In this way, they can solve problems better.
But social phobia is very different. It is hard to change because it is a kind of mental (精神的) illness and needs a special treatment (治疗). Even those who are extroverted can have social phobia. Some people say they have social phobia in order to get their own space sometimes. But we should treat (对待) social phobia properly. Sometimes social phobia is not good for our development. Just imagine that if a student refuses to answer teachers' questions because of social phobia, he will not improve his grades and learn some useful things in the long term.
