Which do you prefer ... What do you hope to do 2. 能力目标学生能听懂和说出对节日活动和庆祝活动经历的描述,并能读懂和写下对新年晚会的设计 活动。3. 情感目标在活动过程中,学生能与人分享自己的观点,学会倾听,相互合作。三、教学步骤Step I Lead-in1. Check the homework.The teacher invites two students to retell the story about celebrating the Mid-autumn Festival to check the homework.The teacher says, “The story that two classmates retold just now tells us a lot they did for Mid-autumn Festival. Now if you are going to hold a Christmas party, what will you do ” Then the teacher asks several students to answer the question.(设计意图:让学生复述活动16中关于中秋节的庆祝活动, 一方面检查学生的课后作 业,另一方面也通过老师的提问引入到Vocabulary practice中的活动18的学习。)Step II Vocabulary practice1. Ask and answer. (Activity 18)Students work in pairs to ask each other according to the questions listed in activity 18 which contain the important words or phrases of Unit 1 (invite to, dress up, ask ... to, perform, delicious food, share with, go on till late night, have fun, prepare for). At the same time, students write down the answers.(设计意图:在相互提问和回答的过程中,检测学生对本单元重点词汇和短语的理解情 况,通过语言实际应用记忆和学习单词。)2. Choose and complete. (Activity 19)Students work in pairs to ask each other and choose right words to fill in the form. Look and talk. (Activity 20)At first, students work in pairs to match the words with the pictures. The teacher asks several students to describe the pictures one by one to make sure students can make up the sentences correctly. After that, students tell the story on the basis of the sentences made upjust now.
