资源简介 Unit 4 I’ll have to have my watch replaced.(第二课时教学设计)一、教材分析1. 教学内容本课时系教材《英语3(基础模块)》(高教版)第四单元的第二课时,即reading和 writing部分。课文通过让学生阅读一家工厂因为生产线故障,延误客户订单招致客户投诉后的 回复信件,目的是培养学生阅读理解商务信函的能力,培养学生提取信件细节信息以及根据回 信推测来信内容的能力,并且能按照一定的逻辑顺序,将关键信息连接成文,完成回信。2. 教学重点、难点(1) 教学重点通过不同的阅读技巧,读懂投诉和处理投诉的信件。 能从信件中提取对问题的解决办法。(2) 教学难点引导学生运用不同的阅读策略,真正落实在阅读过程中。 学生在理解的基础上组织语言进行书面表达。二、教学目标1. 知识目标(1) 学生能根据上下文了解下列词汇:work out, express, apology, broke down, sign contract, arrange等意思。(2) 学生从阅读材料中提取关于引起投诉和解决投诉的相关信息。2. 能力目标(1) 学生能带着问题通过速读、跳读等阅读策略,快速获取相应的信息。(2) 学生能掌握一些表明上下文条理性和逻辑关系的副词,比如firstly, secondly, thirdly, finally ...,并且能运用这些副词将关键信息连接成文。3. 情感目标通过读写活动,学生具备初步的服务意识,如果遇到投诉时能合理处理。三、教学步骤Step I Pre-reading1.
