一、教材分析
1. 教学内容
本课时系教材《英语3（基础模块）》（高教版）第九单元的第四课时，包括Language in use 中的Vocabulary 和 Unit task 两部分。课文训练了学生的单词记忆能力，灵活应用本单元词 汇，并让学生运用本单元所学内容设计交易会活动。
2. 教学重点、难点
(1) 教学重点
①使学生熟练掌握和使用本单元重点词汇和短语。
②让学生设计交易会活动内容，采访同伴并完成交易会设计。
(2) 教学难点
让每个学生都积极参与到活动中。
二、教学目标
1. 知识目标
掌握巩固本单元的重点词汇和句型。
2. 能力目标
学生通过词汇记忆，采访、设计等形式提高听、说、写等综合能力。
3. 情感目标
在活动过程中，学生能互相讨论观点，相互合作。
三、教学步骤
Step I Vocabulary practice
1. Discuss and group (Activity 19)
Ss work in pairs and group the words in the table.
(设计意图：训练学生学习单词的策略，可以通过单词归类更好地记忆单词。)
2. Look and complete (Activity 20)
Ss look at the pictures and complete the sentences
(设计意图：使学生熟练掌握和正确使用本单元的重点词汇和短语，为在表达中自如应 用这些词汇和短语作准备。)
3. Ask and answer. (Activity 21)
Ss work in groups to ask and answer.
(设计意图：通过词汇的应用活动，使学生能在一定的情境中恰当地使用正确形式回答 问题。)
4. Read and complete.
Read and choose the right words.
（设计意图：通过让学生在具体语境中使用和操练，加强本单元重点词汇、短语和语法 知识综合运用的检查和训练。）
Step II Unit Task
1. Discuss and write down.
Discuss in groups. Suppose our school is going to organize a fashion fair. List all the activities you might want to have.
（设计意图：选择贴近学生感兴趣的话题，吸引学生注意力，主动参与到课堂活动中 来。）
2. Make a survey.
Ss ask each other in groups to know their ideas of the activities. e.g.: Which of these activities do you like
Do you like to ... Shall we ...
How do you like the idea of... What do you think of...
...
3. Study and choose.
Ss in each group study the results and choose five of the most popular activities. 4. Make a poster of the school fashion fair.
Ss are asked to make a poster in groups. The following table may be of help.
