教学目标 1. 能够辨认和理解软技能的相关表达；能够正确匹配三位受访者与其所具备的软技能；能够罗列出自己已具备的软、硬技能以及需要培养的技能目标。 2. 能够提炼出语篇中三位受访人所具备的软技能，思考并描述出自己具备的软、硬技能以及需要培养的技能目标。 3. 能够了解中外不同国家的人对于软技能的不同认识与理解，激发对自己专业的热爱，感知职业技能的重要性，建立正确的职业观。 4. 能够运用预测、把握大意、理解细节等理解策略完成阅读任务；能够通过与同学讨论，自主探究语篇中的软技能，感知职场中具备和发展软技能的重要性。
思政目标： 能够结合自我职业发展规划和目标岗位要求，进一步认识到培养和发展职场软技能的重要性，提高自我能力提升的意识，树立正确的职业观。

Pre-reading 5’ 1. T asks Ss the skills required by their major. Ss discuss in pairs and answer with the sentence pattern "We should develop…." T lists Ss' answers on the board. 激发阅读兴趣,引出背景词汇与主题句策略。 正确运用句型表述应具备的技能。
2. T shows three persons’ pictures, asking Ss to guess their jobs. Ss discuss in pairs about the skills these jobs require. 引导学生预测语篇内容，思考不同职业所需要的不同素养，同时明确阅读目标。 根据不同着装猜测不同职业，以及尝试分析该职业所需技能。
While-reading 13’ Ss skim the text to find out the answer to the T's question—‘What happened to these three persons ’. T leads Ss to focus on the key information of the text, which explains the question. T checks the answers. 鼓励学生自主阅读，核实预测信息。借助找关键词（词组），检查学生是否对语篇大意有了初步的把握，明确语篇大意。 能从关键词（词组）找出语篇大意并借此回答教师所提问题。
Ss finish Activity 2 on their books, listing the soft skills these persons have got. T checks the answers and explains if necessary. 通过教材练习任务，训练学生提炼关键信息的能力。 正确罗列出三位受访者所具备的软技能。
Post-reading 20’ With board writing, T concludes soft skills the text mentioned and asks Ss to think about more skills these jobs should develop. Ss discuss in groups of four and list more expressions of them. 借助板书及时小结语篇提及的软技能，帮助学生及时内化知识，同时训练学生记笔记策略，提升其提炼能力。 能够说出语篇提及的各种技能，并尝试思考不同职业所应具备的更多的技能。能够灵活记录笔记。
Ss write down the skills they have got including hard skills and soft skills. T reminds Ss to focus on expressing these skills 在阅读与总结的前提下，引导学生思考，提高自我反思、评价的能力。 尝试独立记录自己已经掌握的软、硬技能。
