教学目标 1. 通过沟通发现软、硬技能在生活中不同的作用，并恰当使用所学词句将其记录下来。通过阅读准确找出招聘启事中的岗位及具体要求。 2. 能够通过思考尝试列举出生活中软、硬技能的不同作用。能够根据样例，仿写招聘启事，并有逻辑地罗列出岗位最需要的软、硬技能。 3. 能够结合自身实际用英语简单描述软、硬技能。了解不同的岗位所需要的职业素养。 4. 能够通过与同学讨论，自主探究更多职场软、硬技能。能够通过观察，掌握“招聘启事”的格式。通过讨论，自主撰写一篇本专业的招聘启事，并能够从内容、表达、语言三个方面进行评价与修改。
思政目标： 能够从不同角度和层次认识到社会所需人才掌握的基本技能和综合素质，了解不同岗位的技能要求，提升个人能力，应对社会发展要求。

Post-reading 10’ Ss work in pairs, discussing the different roles hard skills and soft skills play in life. 通过讨论，引导学生行成高阶思维，分析生活中各种技能的不同作用。 尝试分析出生活中软、硬技能的作用。
