Pre-reading7’ T shows pictures of a debate on whether high technology has changed positively or negatively. Ss read the first paragraph and predict ideas of pros and cons for the debate. 激发阅读兴趣,引出背景词汇和相关科技对生活的影响的表达。 根据辩论形式和辩论主题,预测文章内容。

While-reading15’ 1. T asks Ss to read the Part A, decide whether Part A states ideas of pros or cons, and check their prediction of ideas of pros covered in Part A or not. Ss tell the ideas of Part A and T lists some on the board. 明确语篇第一部分的阅读主题。 学生快速阅读语篇的第一部分,判断语篇主题。
