As we all know, healthy eating is important because it gives us energy and keeps
us strong. Therefore, we should eat healthily in our daily lives. For me, I usually eat
eggs, milk, meat, fruits, vegetables and nuts which are good for my health, because
they can provide the necessary nutrition to my body. Sometimes I eat some fast food,
like hamburgers, fried chips, donuts, too. But I think the fast food is bad for me
because it can cause overweight. So we should limit the amount of the intake.
Since healthy eating is important, then, how should we keep a healthy diet First,
we should always eat fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season. Second, reducing
salt,fat and sugar intake is also necessary.Besides, try steaming or boiling instead of
frying when cooking.
