1.plant名词n

1.意为 “理解,领会,认识到,实现”
①realize +n./V.ing
②realize that +从句

表示“实现;使成为现实”,常与梦想、目标、计划等词搭配
He worked hard to realize his dream of becoming a doctor.(他努力工作以实现成为一名医生的梦想。)

考点:turn 的用法
① 作为实义动词
1. 表示“转动;旋转”
Please turn the key to start the car.(请转动钥匙启动汽车。)
He turned his head to look at me.(他转过头来看我。)
2. 表示“转向;转弯”
Turn left at the next crossing.(在下一个十字路口向左转。)
②作为系动词
“turn + 颜色类形容词”“turn + 描述状态或性质的形容词” 表示“使变成;变得”
Leaves turn yellow in autumn.(树叶在秋天变黄。)
His face turned red with anger.(他气得脸都红了。)
常见短语
turn on:打开(电器、设备等)
turn off:关闭(电器、设备等)
turn up:出现;调高(音量、温度等)
turn down:拒绝;调低(音量、温度等)

含义:记得……,that 可以省略。

九.1.动词过去式的变化规则
类别 构成方法 例词
一般情况 加-ed play—playedwatch-watchedwant-wanted
以e结尾的 加-d hope-hoped
以重读闭音节结尾的动词,末尾只有一个辅音字母 双写这个辅音字母,再加-ed stop-stoppedplan—planned
以辅音字母加y结尾的动词 变y为i,再加-ed study—studiedworry—worried
Note:-(e)d在清辅音后面一般读作/t/;在浊辅音和元音后面一般读/d/;在//和/d/后面一般读/Id/。
2.动词的过去式的不规则变化可大致分为以下几类
①过去式与原形同形,如cut、hurt、let、put、read
②把i变为a,如 begin-began、sit-sat、give一gave、swim-swam、sing一sang.
③过去式以-ought/-aught 结尾如catch-caught, teach—taught ,buy—bought、 think-thought。
④中间去e,末尾加t,如feel—felt、keep—kept、sleep—slept。
⑤把i变为0,如ride—rode、drive—drove、write—wrote ,shine—shone。
⑥aw/ow 变为ew,如draw—drew、know—knew、grow-grew、throw-threw(扔)。
⑦以-end 结尾的词,变d为t,如lend—lent、spend-spent。
